Nice cinnamon baked thing that was light and flaky. The coffee machine was self-service automated and yes, it filled my bowl of coffee perfectly with delicious caffeinated coffee. The staff are really friendly and patient! Tried this round "Festbrot" for Easter that was covered in almond slivers. Added some butter and a favorite marmalade...too good! The cafe is just off B27 and near the Dobelstrasse U-bahn stop, so super convenient but NOT like the congested downtown area. They offer some breakfast sandwiches too. Sich selbst genießen!

I'm not stupid -- I tried to ignore it and move on, but it kept bothering me, so here we are. Ignored, mocked, and treated like an inconvenience. Maybe I should have come with my husband -- tall, white, and apparently more "worthy" of basic respect. Nice place. Shame about the staff. Wow. Ich wollte hier als Reisende einfach ein Café genießen - und das ist passiert. Ich bin nicht dumm. Ich wollte es ignorieren, aber es hat mich den ganzen Tag beschäftigt, also schreibe ich das jetzt. Ignoriert, verspottet und behandelt, als wäre ich lästig. Vielleicht hätte ich mit meinem Mann kommen sollen - groß, weiß und anscheinend eher "würdig", respektvoll behandelt zu werden. Schöner Ort.
