His work requires travel so he can't just come in at a moment's notice. Extremely unprepared. When I mentioned wiring the funds to the bank they said they worked with "name bank" all the time so ut wouldn't be a problem. Problem is, that wasn't my bank, similar name, but created even less confidence in them. I need up spending half my day waiting around to get the check and completing the closing because they weren't prepared. Any business in the future wl be contingent on NOT using Landmark Title.
