This is a SUPER busy Walmart. Probably one of the busiest Walmarts I've ever shopped at. That being…read moresaid they are always well stocked and clean. The only issue I run into CONSTANTLY is the people putting together pickup orders being in the way. They literally block entire sections of the shelves on a regular basis. And a few of them have been incredibly rude. Another issue, also with pickup, is that they never have enough slots open during the early afternoon. And I've been shopping on the app to place a pickup order so many times and never end up going through with it because they don't have a time slot available before 7pm OR they don't have basics that I need available on the app (like milk bread and eggs) but when I walk into the store they have plenty of everything on the shelves. .

Despite it being a 30-40 min. drive, this USED to be the ONLY pharmacy my family would use. The…read morestaff was very friendly and the guys in charge (Jim & Mark) were very helpful and understanding to my mother. (If Mark ever reads this, I'm SINCERELY grateful for everything you did to help my mother. If this business wants to continue, maybe Jim should put YOU in charge, or at least let you decide store policy.) However, recently the owner (Jim) decided to increase his price on my mother's medication. That's fine. It's his business, after all. That said, instead of giving my mother any warning, so that she would have time to get her doctor to send another copy of the prescription elsewhere, this class act waits until the DAY OF to decide he just isn't going to fill it. Even worse, he lied to both my mother & myself and tried to blame her insurance company. (We only found this out after the insurance company told her what actually happened and the pharmacy that EVENTUALLY filled it 3 days late had NO ISSUE WHATSOEVER receiving payment. ...Seriously, Jim? Did you think she wouldn't contact her insurance provider?) On top of that, he hands me a copy of the prescription that is ONLY APPLICABLE to HIS pharmacy and sends me on a wild goose chase to other pharmacies who inevitably tell me they can't fill it because that copy is SPECIFICALLY for Tarheel. She had to go THREE DAYS without all of her medication because of HIS actions. That's no way to run a business, Jim...especially in regards to people's medication. What's more, from what I understand, this isn't the only instance where you've pulled stunts like this. To anyone that decides to use Tarheel to fill medication regularly, you may want to go elsewhere. If not, you risk NOT GETTING YOUR MEDS because Jim decided to randomly change prices & couldn't be bothered to give you a heads up.
