Target is always my go to for the dollar bins and holiday decor. On a recent trip I felt like the decor area was rather empty, many items were out of stock and somewhat ran through. It also seemed smaller than usual. I am also noticing a lack of diversity, when in years past you could find holiday items for ALL people. Same when it comes to dolls. read more

This is my local target store and I love to pop in for my Starbucks drink. The only downside is their line can get pretty long since it's not a full Starbucks store. This target is always clean and neat. Typically busy about an hour after they open. I love to do my pick up orders here since their customer service is right at the entrance. I love Target! "Target run & done" is a yes. And I'm in love with Target app. The ease/convenience makes my life easier! If you don't have the Target app & you're a Target shopper you are missing out. Once you become a Target Circle member which you can sign up for in app you start saving! And you can see what is available in your favorite store for pick up inside, outside car side, &/or delivery. I've been using the drive up service and it's a breeze. You place your order in app. When it's ready generally about 2 hours later they'll let you know. Then you click "I'm on the way". And once you arrive click "I'm here". You just look for the drive up sign in the parking lot. And a Target employee brings out your order! The drive up service which is free by the way also helps with COVID safety. But truly in general Target has taken many steps to help keep everyone as safe as possible. You're required to wear masks, social distance, and use hand sanitizer in store. Stopped in to target after dinner with the family. As we walked in I stopped to my favorite goodies section (the 1 dollar section) and it was ran down and rummaged over. As we walked through the store, you could see the over night change from Halloween to Christmas decor. The kids section was filled with character Christmas supplies (Star Wars ornaments), boots for men and women in the shoe section, sweaters for the entire family, and the incoming of gift sets for holiday gifts. As we checked out there was only on regulate register open and all the self-checkouts. Which wasn't a problem because an employee immediately came to the register to check us out. The employee assisted my mother with the cartwheel app and we were on our way out. This store deserves an A. Targets are a job to visit, a very relaxed and inviting atmosphere, large walkways to avoid congestion, great products that last, and helpful employees. Pitfalls, the quick gift/goodies/"1 section" should be maintained more frequently because buyers now expect to find additions to their purchase. read more

At times, not all the time, you can score great finds in the clearance section. Over the holidays I scored a cute outfit for my baby. The holiday section was cleared out pretty fast, so it seems like they had some good stuff to offer. On a Friday in August, there were tons of items in the clearance sections too. You just had to search around to score some sweet deals on things like tea, k-cups, chocolate and half and half. I normally find myself in target when they have some sort of offers, like buy a certain amount of item X and get a $5 gift card. It may not seem like much, but I like to save where I can, and splurge on other items elsewhere. read more

Extremely unprofessional and misinformed! I had to call corporate since this particular location likes to make up it's own rules. Manager Trish refused to honor a rain check because apparently target( all targets was her exact words) has not done rainchecks in over 5 years...um WHAT! And extremely rude about it too. A call to corporate,who looked up this location confirmed they indeed DO HONOR rainchecks and are not excluded! I'm sorry savanna target but you have forever lost my buisiness for being lazy and not wanting to do your job. Thank you to corporate for resolving the issue and honoring my raincheck and some. I shop at target because they offer a variety of products that meet my needs, and it's close to my home. I've never had an unpleasant experience. Today I received excellent customer service s from Sabrina in the women's swim section. She was very helpful, she asked me twice if I needed help finding anything, I also heard her ask others. I finally gave in and told her I was looking for a specific swim bottom, in a specific size. (I was already thinking I'll just order it online no biggie.) she responded with let me check in the back aka our inventory. Unfortunately they didn't have it, but I felt she really went above and beyond even offering to help track it down. During the same visit, I heard another employee tell a guest " Oh it's no bother at all, I come to work to help..." I was floored... with delight!! Super clean and friendly as expected. The pharmacy though goes above and beyond. They are friendly and very quick. They also remember their customers! I use them infrequently right now, but they still know me by name. The staff even say hi when they see me and they are off the clock. I'm getting extremely tired with this target being rude for them not properly doing their jobs. Several times now I go to check out with something that has been marked clearance in the system but not tagged by an employee. Well at a certain point clearance items salvage out and no longer pull up and every time they try to charge me full price and argue "well it's not marked clearance". It's not my fault target employees don't do their jobs and put clearance stickers on everything that has gone on clearance. This isn't the first time this is at least the 5th time recently this has happened I get there are new people and it's now it's holiday season but this has been going on for months so that's not an excuse either. read more

I went to self-checkout & the first item I scanned (a small trash can) popped up on the screen that an associate was needed. Stood around for more than 5 minutes waiting for someone to come. I went into target last night to find a dress for my uncles funeral and I found one dress that I absolutely loved! Only problem was that there was only one and it was on a mannequin! Luckily for me there was a sweet girl in the clothing deparent, I believe her name was Akilah....she was so very helpful and so kind to get that dress for me!
