I had ordered a dresser and matching chest. But when I got the bill the chest was almost $1700.00. That was not the price when I ordered it, but could find the info so I had to make a quick decision because they wanted paid to deliver. So I switched to a different chest in my price range so I could get my clothes off the floor. Good thing I was home because they were going to leave my dresser and chest the two pieces in the driveway. Of course it rained over 2" an hour after they left. Then I was going back through my paperwork and found the original Chest I had ordered. It was on sale for $639.00 and not $1700.00. The chest I chose on line does not match my furniture in my rush to pay them. So what would you do. I'm asking that they get me the original chest for $639.00 that they were trying to bait and switch for $1700.00 and pick up the other chest. I've emailed Robert Mullen now 3 times requesting that they need to make things right. Haven't heard from him yet. Other that the chest for $1700.00 they now don't have. My experience thus far is not anywhere near a favorable rating.

We were told the warranty could take up to 90 days, however it's been almost 10 months and apparently it still hasn't been reviewed. A few months into the claim they even told us it's been accepted and the couch is on the way to the store. We have heard several excuses such as "the couch wasn't on the delivery truck," "they don't make the couch anymore so it's taking longer," "there's a foam shortage," "they can't get ahold of the person who handles the claims," etc. About a month ago one of the employees told us we could pick out another couch. The next day we show up to pay for the difference of the new couch and we were told the claim had to be accepted before we could get a new couch (which I understand but up until this point I thought it had been accepted.) Worst place to do business with! Plus, the furniture isn't very good quality anyways. You're better off spending a few more hundred at a superior store!

What an absolutely, lovely store, truly in the middle of nowhere. Stover, Missouri to be exact. The…read moretown is so small, if you blink, you might miss this gorgeous oasis on the main drag. The very nice lady inside the store came out when she saw me walking around the patio outside. She told me the owners have another store in Cabo San Lucas, on the Mexican gold coast. The store is beautiful inside and out. The flowers and plants blooming outside were gorgeous. The store inside is spotless, impeccably designed and the art pieces were amazing. the seem to be mostly clay creations, all with a Latino feel. There were also metal art pieces as well as candles and furniture. The prices might seem a bit much for the Missouri area, but if they were in SoCal, the prices might be considered downright cheap! I didn't bring my phone in with me but I will definitely be back and hope to purchase more pieces in the future. Don't hesitate to stop if you're passing through Stover.
