The transport company said they would return it and submit a refund request. Absolutely nothing happened afterwards, no confirmation. It is impossible to contact anyone there, it is just a circular loop saying that the order cannot be canceled online, the phones do not answer, the chat is never open. I sent several emails to the general email address that I found online asking for a refund for the returned item. It is now 3 months later and I have just received an email saying that they have received my broken mesita de noche, and they will not provide a refund because the return does not conform to standards. Absolute thieves! They stole 100 euros from me outright, and I have nothing to show for it. The other items that I received are just okay, rather poor quality.

After publicly shaming them on social media I received a phone call saying someone would be in touch via email to arrange collection of the item and a refund would be provided. I have sent a further 7 emails and had no response. I have been chasing a refund for 3 months in total. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
