Absolutely the worst experience. I made an order for a bed, mattress, two night stands and a chest of drawers on the 14th of February at the store, paid in full. The store told me I had to buy sommiers as well for the bed and I did, which turned out later to be untrue since the bed comes with them. Delivery was set for the 8th of March which was already absurd. On the 7th when no one called to schedule a delivery, I went to the store to find out they had no clue where my order was. Three store visits later and a dozen phone calls to the head office yielded nothing. The customer service and store were all indifferent to my protests about the delay. The items were delivered today, the 14th of March, a full month after the purchase. When I received my order, I immediately started assembling the bed. To my shock, one of the frame pieces didn't fit. I kept fiddling with it and changing the orientation thinking that the company can not possibly manufacture the piece incorrectly and I must have made a mistake. An hour and a half later I came to the realization that this piece was actually manufactured wrong. I called the company and their response was, we will call you to schedule the delivery of a replacement on the 24th. I protested, complained to no avail. They truly do not care about the customer. When I told them to pick everything up and send it back, to my shock, I found out that that process would also take up to ten days from today until the day I would get reimbursed, that of course is not counting the delay my credit card issuer would have on the reimbursement. A truly horrible experience. If I could give them a -5 stars I would read more
