And because they're a small outfit, we tend not to use them on Valentine's day--I have a feeling they may be overwhelmed. But they're a great local business, and everything I've ever gotten from them (repeat customer here) has been absolutely stunning. In particular, they're good at getting fresh, long-stemmed roses that last a long time.

For anyone concerned about arrival times, I would encourage you to be patient and give them some grace. Not every project is cut and dry, and Rico never knows what he may encounter when he arrives at a job. Some projects take longer than expected because he takes the time to properly diagnose and fix the issue rather than rushing through it. What impressed us most was Rico's dedication to getting the job done right. He did not leave until the problem was fully resolved and the project was completed. His attention to detail, persistence, and commitment to customer satisfaction were outstanding. Thank you to Rico and the entire team for providing exceptional service. Though he had plenty of time to do so, he did not give us any kind of heads up he would be late until I called numerous times and emailed the owner. At that point (30 minutes late), he told us he was still an hour away. When I mentioned to the owner, Conrad, that we understand these things happen but the lack of communication created a lot of inconvenience for us, the response was very snippy and unprofessional. Additionally, he tried to convince me of an untrue version of events, which was such weird way to handle the situation. I expect he will respond to this review in a similar manner. I would not recommend this company. They are rude, overpriced, and definitely consider their time to be more valuable than yours.

Their response for an appointment, their reasonable price, and communication were different than the other 7-8 companies I've dealt with in the past. Miguel showed up and did a walk-through, asked a few questions, and went to work. He put the system through a test run, we walked each zone to discuss my concerns and issues; and then he came up with a plan to make the irrigation system more effective and reliable. Miguel was very professional, efficient, organized, and very knowledgeable. As I watched Miguel make adjustments to some of the sprinkler heads, you can see the care, work quality, and caring attitude in his performance. After he left, I found two bulbs in the flower bed and discovered that two other light fixtures were missing bulbs. I sent photos to the office, but they denied that their technician removed them and simply suggested that I buy replacement bulbs because they are inexpensive. The cost of the bulbs is not the issue. The bulbs were working before the visit, and now the fixtures are left without bulbs. I am disappointed that no explanation was provided and no responsibility was taken.
