My tenants lived in the property for nine years, and based on the condition I found it in, I have serious concerns about whether the property was properly inspected during that time. The damage was extensive. Rodents had gotten into the house and destroyed parts of my property, including the ductwork, wiring, and cabinets. The mold in the bathroom was so extensive that I find it very difficult to understand how it could have gone unnoticed during an inspection. The overall condition of the house also showed a serious lack of basic cleaning and maintenance. I am an out-of-town owner and hired a property management company because I needed someone to look after my investment when I couldn't be there myself. Elle Property Management Solutions Co. did not do that for me. The condition of my property when the tenants left has cost me an enormous amount of money, time, and frustration.
