The four varieties offered were Chicharron en Adobo (pork rinds in adobo), Chicharron en Salsa Verde (pork rinds in green salsa), Frijoles Refritos (refried beans), and Papa (potatoes). Incredibly, each taco came at just 10 pesos, and you could help yourself to as much guacamole salsa, shredded lettuce, and pickled carrots/jalapeños as you'd like. The Chicharron tacos were meaty, while the Papa was starchy and mild. The one taco that was nearly inedible, however, was the Frijoles Refritos, which were incredibly salty.
