It's way above what you would expect for a small-town sushi bar, and they've taken no shortcuts as what you often see where the population is not yet spoilt with choices. The ingredients are really completely fresh, they add just the right amount of vinegar and sesame, the wasabi and kimchi are fab, and all the hot dishes I've tried are great, again, with no short-cuts when it comes to curry making. Well done guys :)
