I'm extremely disappointed and upset with the service I received…read more I put in a request on Yelp to have my garage door repaired and got a call from Lara, who scheduled the appointment. Daniel was the technician who came to my home and completed the work. Lara specifically told me that she would send the warranty information as soon as the work was completed. Unfortunately, despite multiple reminders, I have still not received the warranty. Now, to make matters even worse, my garage door has stopped working again and is not opening at all. I have tried contacting both Daniel and Lara, but neither of them is answering my calls or responding. This is absolutely unacceptable. If you are going to charge customers for a service and provide a warranty, the least you can do is stand behind your work and be available when there is a problem. Instead, I have been completely left on my own after paying for the repair. This has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. The lack of communication, follow-up, and accountability is simply pathetic. I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to think twice before using their services. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone.

As mentioned, Roberto also does fences, cement work and patio covers and I would not hesitate to suggest that anyone with work of this kind to be done contact him for a quote.
