(Case in point, I came out onto my porch to enjoy this beautiful weather with my dog today and here I am on my laptop, ha!) This past semester of school was extremely busy and demanding, so by mid March, I was on the verge of a stress meltdown. My husband suggested I call Jovita because I enjoyed her massage so much last time. I took his advice and called on a Thursday morning, expecting to get an appointment for the following day. However, Jovita's sister blew me away by offering me times later that day! She was so kind to ask about my needs and allowed me to choose an evening time so I wouldn't feel rushed. They are such thoughtful people! I walked in for my appointment that day and Jovita recognized me right away. She is so personable! The moment I laid down the stress started to melt away, even before the massage started! 90 minutes later and I was in heaven. She and her sister were kind enough to ask me about how school was going and invited me to come back at the end of the semester, before graduation. Well, that was the appointment I had this morning - and again, it was absolutely dreamy. The first thing I noticed was the lavender oil on the headrest, which really helps me chill out. Jovita was awesome, as I knew she would be, and my 90 minute massage simply went too fast! I think I'm becoming addicted :) Thank you to Jovita and her sister for always being such kind, welcoming, and happy souls. I won't be away too long, I promise!

Dentist was an apprentice and pulled all of my bottom teeth because of an absessed tooth- could…read morehave just pulled that one tooth and prescribed antibiotic but scared me into thinking infection could go to my brain, but MONEY was the main objective, so I had to get a bottom denture that never fit right- I ended up paying Aspen a lot of money with teeth I couldn't use- would you believe I returned them and they are in someone else's mouth now, probably- never got my money back- Very rude people!

My original appointment was at 3:20, and I received a notification around noon on appointment day that I had been rescheduled for 3:45. I thought it was weird that they didn't call or text to confirm the new time works for me, but it did work yesterday so I didn't worry too much about it. I did wonder if this is a frequent thing because a lot of times I am squeezing appointments in between meetings and can't be flexible with appointment times. Anyhoo, I arrived at 3:45 and stood at the front for five minutes before a massage therapist came out to check out her guest. She tried to help me but wasn't sure what paperwork was needed, but did let me know my lash stylist was finishing another appointment and had me wait in the waiting area. At 4:05, 20 minutes after my rescheduled appointment, I left without ever seeing the lash stylist. When I got home, I saw that I received an email at 3:25pm that said "your appointment is coming up" and I was now scheduled for the next day. I didn't receive a notification of any rescheduling this time, and to reschedule for a second time the day of an appointment without even checking that the new time works is ridiculous. Not to mention rescheduling 20 minutes before the appointment is supposed to start. If I cancelled with 20 minutes notice, I'd be charged for the appointment. I'm not sure why anyone would think it's acceptable to do the same to a customer.

She is very caring and sensitive to each client's…read moreneeds, pain level, etc. I have been going to see her over a year now and after only a few appointments, set up a regular weekly appointment. As an older man, and retired, I have several problems including lower back pain, tendonitis in my shoulder, and arthritis. Her treatments have helped me maintain my flexibility and manage my pain level. The excellent personality helps too, and she makes you feel very relaxed while performing your massage treatment.
