It seemed to me that she tried to injure my ankles twisting and snapping them to full range of motion causing them to loudly pop. Now I am limping a little as I took off my shoes upon arriving at home. My ankles were 100% upon my arrival to "Foot Massage"! The worst part happened as I was leaving. I was guided to a small fridge and could choose a soda or water. I chose a small water. The massage employee (I cannot call her a therapist) put her hand out and gestured a wave as if saying pay up! She demanded another $60 tip! Her boss even joined in and demanded $60!!! She said the $70 was for her boss and she needs a tip for herself! She tried to help me but wasn't sure what paperwork was needed, but did let me know my lash stylist was finishing another appointment and had me wait in the waiting area. At 4:05, 20 minutes after my rescheduled appointment, I left without ever seeing the lash stylist. When I got home, I saw that I received an email at 3:25pm that said "your appointment is coming up" and I was now scheduled for the next day. I didn't receive a notification of any rescheduling this time, and to reschedule for a second time the day of an appointment without even checking that the new time works is ridiculous. Not to mention rescheduling 20 minutes before the appointment is supposed to start. If I cancelled with 20 minutes notice, I'd be charged for the appointment. I'm not sure why anyone would think it's acceptable to do the same to a customer.
