Pops wanted a session due to shoulder pain. It's his second visit and insisted he makes a return. The wait was half an hour. Busier than usual. Highly recommend making an appointment. 15 minutes was what he chose at $20. He felt it has improved healing, circulation, and sleep. Most importantly he didn't feel shorted. Usually a great experience but the man who massaged my feet today was very rude. He didn't like my tip so he waved the receipt at his coworker, said something in his language, laughed at me, then gave me my receipt. I guess I'm supposed to be too stupid to know you're talking about me right in front of my face. I've given this place at least a thousand dollars over the years. My repeat business is your tip. I recently received a service that exceeded an hour and included multiple treatments, all within the quoted price. However, when it came time to pay, I initially put zero for the tip, intending to give cash later. John then expressed disappointment, stating my tip wasn't even 10% and implying that tipping should be mandatory at a certain amount. While I appreciate good service, I believe tips should reflect the customer's satisfaction and be voluntary, not an obligation. Okay you guys now this place right here is where it's at I swear when you need a massage this is the place to come to I like this place because they use acupressure also with a massage it is literally the best I like getting the 60 minutes on the table which is 60 dollars not bad at all But remember to always tip!!! So I got the full table the massage therapist knew what he was doing I was super impressed with how he used the acupressure with the massage he knew exactly how to pop my back and massage the right areas he knew how to apply the right pressure which is very important!!! This place is my go toooo I swear if you had a long day at work and your stressed and tired I suggest you get up and get your body right with the right massage for you !! Hit or miss whether you get a good, deep massage. Language barrier is bit of an issue, my fiancé kept saying she wanted her shoulders done, and to go Harder but the guy just kept laughing . She ended up doing 10 more mins with the guy who did me (lee) it was super rough but that's kinda what we wanted. This easy-to-find parlor came recommended by Mother who is a regular client and treated me for my first massage. I chose the foot (by David the instructor) and custom shoulder massage (by Mia). They both were very firm, but David was kind of rough, but also thorough. He didn't miss anything including my troublesome leg which he helped a lot. There was a language barrier, but nothing that an online translator couldn't fix. They offer mini cups of water to refresh near the convenient ATM. I don't like to write a bad review to any businesses, I believed that they work hard; however the issues that I had was that the establishment doesn't have anyone that could speak English. I have asked for a full body massage on the table. The last time I had a full body massage when I asked for full body, it covers from head to toe. The lady ( she's the only one there) rushed me in. No instructions to what I need to remove. I had to ask. I proceed to remove my clothing when a man wanted to start. I lay flat on my stomach, the man pushed my face down, I told not to do that. For 45 min all he did was from hips down to my legs. I timer was next to me and was wondering when he would start massaging my arms and feet. I asked, he said yeah. Thinking he understood me. The timer finally stopped and that was it. I wasn't satisfied and wouldn't recommend this establishment to anyone until someone can speak English and learn how to be more courteous to the customers. I've been coming to this place for years. They always do an excellent job and I get so much relief from my back pain. They give a deep Korean style massage which I love because it's not really relaxing, but you feel better after. For me personally I don't feel like a Swedish massage gives you enough for your money but this is money well spent. And they're very reasonable. read more

Tao spa is the biggest surprise of the Killeen mall (for me at least). It is now the only reason I go there. A word of caution. They are rough but after I came out I felt like a noodle (in a good way). They are also very nice and respectful in there. There are two locations for Tao spa in the Killeen mall. One is in the center of the walk way in the mall by hallmark. Which I personally wouldn't go to (I find it hard to relax with all those people walking by you and screaming kids). The second location is an actual store front by a separate entrance to the mall and still by Hallmark. This is where you walk in and go in a private room and really relax. The price is really affordable compared to most massage places. It just depends on what kind of massage you need (Chair, table, foot, etc.). If you happen to find yourself in Killeen mall, give them a chance and leave a review, I would like to know what more people think about them. read more
