Tanning is so different now from what it used to be. Things used to be so simple and easy and now…read moreits as if you have to be a member, buy a package with things that you wont use or need and spend more and more money for less. Which in turn makes customers not even want to tan. This place is typical tanning. No discounts, specials or real deals but it is close by to my office so I can get here easy and tan. I bought a unlimited month here and even renewed and they wouldn't give me a discount on heavily marked up lotion. Not a good way to make customers repeat their business. If you want to upgrade to a nicer bed it starts getting really pricey. Don't buy your lotion here as they are way too expensive. I buy mine online and save quite a bit of money. My real problem with this place is that I was told by the girl running the front desk that if I bring a friend in who buys a package I would get a free upgrade to a nicer bed. Just one upgrade on one day...... Doesn't seem like a huge expense on the business...... I brought a friend in, she bought a package and then they wouldn't upgrade me. I asked for the manager and of course she wasn't there and they said that the girl who told me that moved to another state. I asked for the manager to call me and of course he/she didn't. Could even tell me on the phone that this wasn't something they could do. Just didn't call at all. Do what you say you are going to do.....If you cant stand true to your word then what good are you?? If the wrong information was communicated to me, fine, tell me that. Don't hide from a customer. This place needs new management or something. I will not be bringing ANYONE else to this place. I hate that they are so close to me, otherwise, I wouldn't come here at all.

I was going to an actual spa for this until they closed down. When I saw Palm beach offered it, I was SO excited. Don't. be. excited. I will tell you why. The bed is located right under a speaker they play on the main floor as the room they placed the bed is open to the outside hallway. MEANWHILE their sauna room (which I never see anyone in) has the enclosed room, along with the spray tan and stand up tanning room. SO DUMB. IF you thought you'd relax here, think again. You will be listening to 32-count body pump meets 2000's club music style music. It is beyond annoying. They USED to turn music off or even down per request, and lately said corporate won't let them. If you think you're gonna block out music with headphones, you best have expensive ones, bc regular ones won't cut it. You, like I, will leave your 40 minute session more stressed than when you walked in. I no longer refer friends or family here. It is not spa like and just not relaxing AT ALL.. Honestly..at this point I question whether the benefits of red light is greater than the damage of the stress it produces by being there. Pass on this location. ps. The workers are all awesome. If I do decide to stop coming I will genuinely miss seeing their faces weekly.

After over a year of being quiet I feel the need to speak up to eliminate the possibility of…read moresomeone being in my position. I called to schedule filler consult for my under eyes and the receptionist ( I wish I could remember her name) was such a sweetheart! They were able to get me in fairly quickly! The downside is Dr. Summer. She came in and already had selected the filler we were going to use. She did not discuss why she chose that filler or anything about it. In her defense, I should've asked. But I was trusting in her. We move onto the procedure and she used the canula technique to minimize bruising however she jabbed it into my under eye, she said it was difficult to get it in bc I had thicker tissue in that area - which is not the reason it hurt. My new doctor has done my under eyes twice, both pain free. I get faint around needles sometimes so I was starting to feel faint and hot and I let her and the assistant know. The assistant was a brunette woman who was very kind and patient. She got me an ice pack and reclined me. However, Dr. Summers rushed me to recover. I was still hot and faint when I gave her the OK to proceed since she seemed to be in a hurry. This experience was traumatic. I was on the verge of crying between feeling faint, nauseous, and rushed by Dr. Summers. After the visit I enjoyed my under eye look! No more tired right? Well yeah no more tired but what about the blue and yellow bruising that never went away? My new doctor informed me my bruising never went away bc my under eye area was over filled and I should've used a filler that was less dense. My new doctor is Dr. Dulce Mascariñas and she dissolved the filler placed by Dr. Summers and a month later refilled my eyes with half a syringe and then finished the remaining product another month later. Thanks to her I finally look refreshed. I do not think Dr. summers is a bad doctor. Maybe she was having a bad day, we all do. However the care I received is NOT one I ever desire to have again. Always ask your Dr why and what filler they are going to use. And do not let them push you to recover from fainting. I've had a few cosmetic procedures and have never experienced anything like this.

There was a not on the door that said if it's locked to call the number on the door. I did, no answer. Mind you it's after 9pm, dark and all the other businesses are closed. I called several times, finally got her on the phone- she said she was finishing up with someone and to wait. 15 minutes later (25 minutes after I got there) she finally came to the door. No apology, she just waved me in and told me to strip down. At first she was so nice and promised everything would be the way I wanted. I was there for a spray tan requested by the bride of the wedding I was to be in. Big mistake! Michelle sprayed me herself all along while I directed her where she was missing and where there were lines. The entire time she said "don't worry" "you be fine". NOT FINE. The next day after I followed all her instructions for showering I looked like I had been playing in a muddy creek. Streaked, stained, uneven and not the color she promised me. I went to her shop the next day to show her, but she very rudely told me no refunds, no way, not never. That it looked fine. In the meantime my friends and family members agreed with me that the spray tan was not fine. They even told me I looked dirty on my legs and arms. I would never trust her to perform any treatments on me again especially considering if she screws up I'm getting doubly screwed. Hashtag bad business
