I waited 30 minutes then left. She gave me an extra session to make up for it but it just dragged out my time there and I'm glad I'm done now. As a disabled veteran, wellness access and predictability matter to me. Instead of transparency or accommodation, I was met with silence and dismissal when I asked for clarification. No effort was made to work through the situation, respond meaningfully, or offer a fair resolution. This wasn't about special treatment - it was about basic communication, fairness, and respect.
