Ryan Fessler was very personable, and listened to our needs. He was able to provide all the inspection certificates needed: General 4 point, radon, pool, and WDO. During the inspection, he was punctual and very detailed. Ryan was extremely serious about his job. In a short time after the inspection, he emailed a very detailed report for each of the inspections requested. His reports provided detailed information that allowed for additional discounts on homeowners insurance. They also showed things not known and allowed for further negotiations with the home purchase contract. I highly recommend Ryan and this amazing company to assist with whatever your needs maybe for inspections. Thank you for you help!

David and his son were absolutely incredible working with me on an inspection for my first home…read more The attention to detail and thorough inspection allowed me to see the good the bad and the ugly when it came to the particularly odd home I was purchasing! It's a Quonset turned into a home so they definitely had their work cut out for them when it came down to inspecting all of the different aspects of the structure. In addition to the home inspection I had them inspect the well on property. Again, their thorough inspection led me to taking a couple extra precautions to ensure I was making a sound decision with moving forward with the home. As this was my first home I've ever purchased I had a million and one questions related (and unrelated!) the inspection and his professional recommendations as well as opinions on different things. On top of all of this, the price for the inspection (both home and well) were definitely affordable and provided me with an incredibly detailed file color coded to all of the problems, potential problems, and overall state of the home. David went above and beyond in so many facets of my experience with him and I would absolutely recommend him to all future home buyers when it comes to inspection needs. He really put -me- first and was looking out for my best interest throughout the whole process. Thanks so much David for taking the time to work with me and my very odd property!
