Tastes like a blend of exotic fruit flavors and is a touch sweet - but not syrupy. Bartenders were friendly and served our party of four very quickly. Statt die Rückerstattung korrekt über die Kreditkarte vorzunehmen, gab mir die serverin Bargeld - obwohl meine Karte bereits durch Wechselkurs und Gebühren fast doppelt belastet worden war. Ich schilderte den Vorfall per E-Mail an den Besitzer, erhielt jedoch keine Antwort und ging deshalb persönlich vorbei. Er wusste sofort, worum es ging, zeigte aber keinerlei Interesse. Statt Professionalität reagierte er defensiv, behauptete, die Wartezeit sei "nur 8 Minuten" gewesen und stellte meine Darstellung infrage. Die Rückerstattung über die Kreditkarte lehnte er ab und beharrte darauf, dass "nach einer Woche nichts mehr möglich" sei. Zudem meinte er, ich hätte mit allen Umrechnungs- und Kreditkartenkosten rechnen müssen und hätte daher "keinen Grund zur Beschwerde", selbst wenn ich nur Bargeld zurückbekomme. Unhöflich, herablassend und absolut kundenunfreundlich. Lenz Bar ist für mich definitiv keine Empfehlung.

This was my first taste of real, authentic German food in Germany, and it sure did not disappoint. It cannot be overstated how excellent the food is here. We came in from the cold temperatures into a relaxed, warm environment. After setting our coats aside in the communcal coat room, we sat down for some inexpensive German beer, which was fantastic and warming for our cold, restless bellies. As for food, we first ordered the pumpkin soup, which was dazzled with fireworks of flavors in each sip. The bratwurst and schnitzel was equally as delicious, and we hungrily chowed down on the excellent food present here as well. If it had been warmer, we would have loved the opportunity to eat outside! The venue outside overlooks the city with a stunning array of shrubbery, firepits, and mixed array of seating options. Overall, you would be hard-pressed to find a better place to eat in Wiesbaden.
