Absolutely horrible company. Received the same job offer from 9 different recruiters at Tanisha Systems. There is clearly no coordination amongst teams. They are simply throwing spaghetti against the wall and seeing what sticks. Multiple phone calls early in the AM and trying to understand them is next to impossible. I didn't want to be rude and keep asking them to repeat themselves but it was extremely difficult to understand them. Finally I said "no thanks" and hung up. All this company does is send you useless joblistings for positions in completely different areas of the country. Nothing they send is of any use. I can only presume this is an H1B scam, where they intentionally send jobs to people who won't take them, just so they can say they couldn't fill it with an American, and instead import some slave labor from India. I've had two pre-screenings with Shubham Kumar for two different positions at a great company. Each time He forwarded my old outdated resume to another recruiter called L&T Technology Services (LTTS) For each position, LTTS set up an interviews which were horrible. First interview they never asked any questions. They let me talk about my experience which I referred back to the wants and needs as listed on the JD. The 2nd interview, the interviewer was the same guy from the first Interview but did a deep dive into fine detail regarding processes I hadn't work with. I pulled the plug because it got rediculous. Be careful of this company. 1. They obtain your contact from recruiting websites, but they rarely check your credentials. It is likely they obtain and sell your information as soon as they can. They will spam you with emails and calls from different "representatives" until you give them your information. Despite speaking to three of their representatives in the same department within the same hour, none of the three knew each other, and none of the three could find my information on their systems. Very suspicious! 2. All relevant information about them has been scrubbed from the internet. Besides a Reddit post, all other information about them are positive reviews saying the same thing. If you search up ex employee reviews of Tanisha Systems on YouTube, almost all the videos are uploaded by the same person. Those that are not come from idle, anonymous channels! Reading through the reviews show the same language being used in both the reviews and the YouTube videos! 3. Despite being a company with their own website, they do not utilize their own servers. Almost all their email links pass to websites hosted in foreign countries with no relation to them! These websites have domain names with poor spelling, and they only serve one function, nothing else. Since my first email from them, three separate scam numbers have contacted me! 4. Do not send them your resume! Some online users claim they utilize your resume for nefarious reasons! read more

Unfortunately that is a common and generic since it can mean "8 hours a day" and/or "permanent". I don't have interest in relocating or the time to teach a recruiter how to do his/her job to attract potential talents. read more

They couldn't be legit. I live in the Midwest USA and keep getting postings sent by email for jobs in cities across the US and I just got one for Toronto, in Canada! I'm pretty sure that they're just collecting data. The first few I sent back an email explaining the mismatch, but never a resume. I never received a reply. The last "opportunity" was worded so bad that I'm now pretty sure that they're not even an employment agency. The postings and locations are such bad matches that there's no way they could ever really match anyone with a job. If they are real, I wouldn't deal with any company that went through them, due to the extreme incompetence. This is an actual sentence from the email: "I'm having a job opportunity for you if you are interested, please share your resume and details ASAP." read more

They pressure you to provide them with your ASAP information, they ask you for personal documents, they tell you that they can get you an interview quickly and that they can position you soon with their client, pure lies, they only extract your information. read more

Yikes I have received e-mail while searching for jobs from these folks up in Jersey. They seem nice enough on a personal level, but it is almost impossible to understand them on the phone. Many of the positions they have sent to me are some kind of mashup of 2 or 3 positions any of which I can perform, but to put 3 different positions in one description seems a bit much to me. I can't make heads or tails of what the position actually is and they have no other info and can't even give a better description. Asking if you can discuss with the end customer to get a better idea of what they need is a big no no and gets you blacklisted for that position. I have also had a matrix of sorts sent to me filled in with certs with no other information and it was called a job description. They do not review your resume and just throw any job description at you to see if it sticks. I have worked with head hunters in the past, but these are in no way professional like the others. I think I will turn down the Help Desk/Network admin/SOC Analyst position for now. read more

I work in Career Services for an IT training school trying to offer candidates for job openings FOR FREE to this organization and I was hung up on by Piyush Tyagi. If he is an example of the professionals at Tanisha Systems then I would advise my graduates to steer clear of any opportunities the present. They are highly unprofessional and did not give me a chance to offer my services to them. I work with highly reputable firms in the area but never dealt with the level of unprofessionalism I experienced in a phone call with Tanisha Systems.
