This is the restaurant at the beach establishment we rented an umbrella at for the month of August,…read morebut we literally never ate there until we returned for a final weekend in September! It's probably a good thing because we would have spent way too much money eating here more regularly :) But seriously, the price is in the norm for any good fish restaurant anywhere you are, and pretty reasonable for being right on the beach. If you're a regular client paying cash, the owner will recognize you and give you a discount. We paid 30 euros a head for primo, a shared secondo between two people, water, wine and sorbet - which is kinda a great deal.
In an unusual twist, primi and secondi cost about the same - making the secondi a very good deal. Most dishes around 13 or 14 euro. We tried a gnocchi with fish and tomatoes and zucchini - good - and a filled pasta with fish both inside and out. Grilled octopus and grilled totani, spaghetti with clams... all very very good. Service was friendly and everything was cooked upon ordering, so timing was acceptable - it was a reasonable wait considering it was being cooked from scratch. They were very attentive to my food allergies, too. For dessert we had the traditional glass of creamy lemon sorbet which I just love.
