One thing I was thinking was a banker had hit the 1 button on their keyboard to many times on accident (that happened to me once about 5 years ago). I also thought the credit card charging service may have messed up in the same way. The way the Shady Lady blew me off though makes me think it was them. Shady Lady indeed.
