I reuse them. They get rewashed and put into a bag in my car and I refill them at QT (they reward you with a small discount, too). I even took them on a roadtrip to the East coast recently and some guy stopped me in a convenience store and asked where I got it! The clerks at EVERY QT generally really make a huge effort to get everyone in and out as quickly as possible. They never seem to be ambivalent about providing fast, efficient service. UPDATE: I called and spoke with Rochelle in management who…read morewas very kind and informed me that the deliveries are made via instacart and she took down all the driver info that I had in order to be aware of this in case it happened again in the future. I appreciate her concern in the matter and have updated the review rating to account for this. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I ordered a delivery of groceries which were delivered to the wrong location - the door in the photos provided by the driver is brown and there's not a single brown door in the entire building and those directly surrounding me where I live. I noticed immediately and replied to indicate the door photographed was not correct and the driver apologized and said that is where the map took them. I confirmed the address again and even provided a pin via maps to the correct location for a re-delivery. They claimed they cannot locate my address on Google or Maps and that they were being sent back to the location of delivery at each attempt (which was an incorrect location). I receive deliveries all the time and never have I had a misdelivery or this many complications. It got to the point that I even offered to meet them next door at the parking lot of a public hotel to pick the groceries up from the driver directly. They agreed to this, and provided the information of the car which they were driving. I requested they notify me when they arrive and provided the details of my vehicle. From that point forward, the driver never replied or returned any further messages to me. I did follow up again as well to ask if they had arrived (over 20 minutes after we had agreed to meet at the place that is literally next door to my address) and they never replied to this either. I am very disappointed in this experience.
