After communicating to AMI www.amiadagency.com that we were disappointed in their follow up and follow through the decision was made not to continue down a road that was going nowhere. AMI offered to refund 60% of our original down payment and promised to send a refund check. After several calls and email follow ups over a period of 5 months we still have not received our refund. AMI (www.amiadagency.com) deserves zero stars because they cashed our check, completed no services and have not remitted our refund.
