Burnt up 51. Teriyaki Chicken

They weren't even busy, this place has completely stopped caring. Burnt up chicken seriously? I spent 50 dollars

Chicken Skewers and noodles

We always enjoy our food here and the service is always good as well. Portions are large and food is consistent. We had orange peel spice chicken, twice fried pork, and my little had chicken on a stick with noodles.

I wasn't sure what to expect from a small southern town. When I googled Chinese restaurants for the area, only three came up at least ten miles away from where we were staying. We ordered the Moo shu pork and hunan seafood. the moo shu pork was standard. We were given only two pieces of pancake which really wasn't enough but any extra would have cost 50 cents. For 50 cents, I think three pieces of the pancake would be a good start. The hunan seafood had a good portion of seafood which included scallops, shrimp, and lobster with mixed vegetables. The chef's brown sauce was a tad salty. May need to add a bit more sugar to temper the saltiness of the soy sauce and oyster sauce, both of which already have a salt content. There was plenty to choose from on the menu including sushi but I thought there were too many offerings.

Kung Pao beef, not much pow though

Small town restaurant, decent but not very good. The kung Pao beef just doesn't have a lot of taste. The egg drop soup was more watery, just lacking in taste.

Great food! Man size portions, for fast food prices. Very clean updated space. The service was fast and courteous.

Great hot and sour soup. Lunch special was a good price and delicious. General Tso had a nice spice to it.

My first review for my hobby: Bert's Feast or Flop, where I review my experiences with restaurants…read moreand fast food places to determine whether they are a FEAST or a FLOP. I wanted to start with Thai Cuisine in Maryville because this place deserves more business. Food: 5/5 The food tastes amazing! Everything was cooked perfectly, tasted fresh and you can tell it was made by a chef who truly cares about their cooking. The portion sizes and presentation were excellent and very filling. This was my first time ever trying curry, and I was extremely impressed -- I loved every bite. If you're ever curious about trying curry, get the Yellow Curry. The spice levels range from 1-5, and I got level 2. It had great heat without overpowering the flavors. I also had a bite of my mother's Tornado Shrimp, and it was fried and sauced perfectly. It's hard to sauce fried food well, but Thai Cuisine does it perfectly every time. The vegetables were cooked to perfection too -- they had a great crunch without tasting raw. Lastly, the potstickers are the best in Maryville! ‍ Service: 5/5 The service was professional and super friendly. Our server, Yolanda, was incredibly helpful when it came to deciding which curry I should try and what protein paired best with it. The pacing of the service was excellent because we had time to enjoy our appetizer without feeling rushed into our entrée. You can also tell the cook(s) is passionate about what they do. Atmosphere: 4.5/5 The restaurant was very clean, and the vibes were exactly what you'd expect from a Thai restaurant. My only nitpick was that we were seated next to another group even though there was plenty of space in the restaurant where we could've had a little more room to ourselves. Value: 5/5 The portions absolutely matched the value of what we ordered. I know eating out can get expensive nowadays, but this place is absolutely worth the price they charge. Final Thoughts I absolutely adore Thai Cuisine in Maryville and the employees who work there. They're always friendly and always deliver great food. This will always be one of my go-to spots whenever I'm craving a fresh meal. I just wish this restaurant wasn't so hidden because more people deserve to discover and try it. I'd love to see them move to a more noticeable location someday. If you love Thai food, this is the place to go for a guaranteed great experience! FEAST Overall Rating: 5/5 Would I Go Back?: YES

Very good quality, good portion sizes, clean restaurant, very nice people. Only word of warning is…read morethat we were asked how spicy we would like our dish from one to five and we said one. It felt like a 3.
