I walked in, vibe felt good although I felt distant as it wasn't my "use to" place. I asked about spray tanning thinking, getting sprayed in a box by myself completely naked. Nope, they don't do that. Donna the owner informed me she does it and I can have under garments on or off. Donna who has 3 kids and has seen it all. Well, I went commando. When i discussed these with the desk attendant, I was told that the $1 session through Oct 31 was not being offered at their location and the $49 unlimited through 12/31/2024 was also not available( it is $79 at their location!) there since they did not have the bed based on that rate. This was what was provided after I had to provide a drivers license initially, and wait for the attendant having to ready three beds for waiting customers. When she finally returned, she recited the business rules, regulations verbally and required me to digitally sign off on her verbal explanation. There were no forms to read. All this transpired in the deafening hum( it had to be 85db) of the equipment. I decided to opt out at that point.

Erin contacted me through YELP, insulted me and told me I'd never be allowed back in any of the stores. I explained that she was not there for all the cursing. I called back Sun TAN City Corporate , told her what these girls did on my yelp account; and that Erin deleted her insulting "Compliment " This is far from over for these 2 unprofessionals!!!
