The beds and rooms are always clean, the towels aren't worn out or rough, and I've never had a bed with a burned out bulb. They have multiple levels of tanning beds (including a high-pressure bed - my favorite) and offer pricing packages or pay-per-session. Prices are similar to other tanning salons in the North Shore. If you are physically in the salon first you should be next in line to go in the bed, not just if no other online check in comes in before you get in the bed. This was what was provided after I had to provide a drivers license initially, and wait for the attendant having to ready three beds for waiting customers. When she finally returned, she recited the business rules, regulations verbally and required me to digitally sign off on her verbal explanation. There were no forms to read. All this transpired in the deafening hum( it had to be 85db) of the equipment. I decided to opt out at that point.
