She not only is full of energy she has a grasp of what each individual requires to meet their fitness goals. She pushing me beyond what I thought I could accomplished day in and day out. She's personable and makes sure to say hello when we aren't scheduled. I have a 'fun' time each workout and feel I've truly worked out when she trains me. Christa also makes sure to say hi which is all important that employees make customers feel welcomed. The service this gym provides is a positive contribution to the community.

The employees were all very helpful & friendly - but the lady with brown hair & glasses, who I assume is the manager, is absolutely the rudest person I've come across for a while. Unprovoked non incident- she's just mean & disrespectful for literally no reason at all.
