My salon location was originally on Babcock in the plaza next to Melbourne High School. Once that location closed, I began going to the Palm Bay Rd salon. There was an assist Manager whom worked at both locations and worked there prior to the change of ownership and name. She was fabulous! Sadly, she was mistreated by upper management and she recently resigned. Since she left, the PB location has gone downhill significantly. There's been a revolving door of employees and it's easy to see they are not properly trained before being left to run the salon solo. They are very nice people but are easily confused and frustrated due to their lack of knowledge of the computer system. The beds are decent. The bulbs are changed in the correct time necessary. I feel the locks on the accordion doors need to be tended to as they aren't great. Also, it's a dark, cold place; and not very clean. While I have a monthly membership in which I'm grandfathered in with a great rate - I do tan at a different salon on PB Rd as well; and that's because the other tanning salon is immaculate, bright and cheery and their employees are very knowledgeable about the entire set up.
