It's a beautiful warm and humid day in Chicago and the walk was good. The place is very quaint and small but well lit for shopping. It's a woman's boutique specializing in European clothing. The major designer is Solar and I have not heard of it, but designs are suited for a dressier woman. Thankfully that counts me in as I work in an office where jeans are not allowed and it's conservative so the weekends I can go casual. Back to the store the sizes are European and the lady at the counter (I am assuming is the owner) was very kind to tell me that 34 is usually x-small, 36 is small and 38 is medium. I'm usually a medium but some of her clothing allow for a 34 when I tried on a pair of white slacks. It had a great fit, but buying white is difficult because the material may be more revealing than you might like. Her clothes has many price points as she indicated and sales from the previous season is 20% off. Her summer selection drove me to walk in full of blight yellows, pink, and orange. Do stop in if you're in the neighborhood and support local small businesses!

I had a nice conversation with one of the associates as I completed my purchase. The store also has seating which is great for boyfriends, husbands, and significant others. I also really loved the tags that were attached to each item which shows customer appreciation. I'm looking forward to returning to this boutique later this month for their 2nd Anniversary event!

I just got some bow tie pasta earrings as a gift, they're amazing. Would recommend this to locals and visitors!

At first, it may look like a shop for an older crowd (40 and over), but if you take your time going through the clothes you can definitely find something. The last time I went I came out with a gorgeous wool Ann Taylor Loft skirt for $16 and a cute Nine West clutch that was practically brand new for $20. The owner is really nice and its never been too crowded either, which I LOVE. P.S. I haven't purchased any jewelry yet, but I definitely plan to in the future. For you jewelry lovers out there, this is definitely a place to go to!

They are a favorite place to stop on First Fridays, when I can hardly get in the door! And the stream of new and fun fashions and accessories is non-stop. Service is friendly and personal, too. Still one of my favorite stops. This is like shopping in a dear friend's great closet. Although the store is tiny, the variety always surprises me, and the service can't be beat. I find interesting items I find nowhere else, and while their prices are consistent with other stores, their sale items make them more affordable. There is even a comfortable place to sit! I have purchased tops, purses, outerwear, scarves, jewelry, and other items. Easy to miss since it is north of Casa Bonita and before the train tracks, up a couple of stairs. But with such a uniquely-vintage location and terrific items and service, it is worth the extra steps. Easy parking right in front, or in the copious parking lots around the corner on Lake Street. No I do not work for them - I am just a huge fan and want to be sure they stay in town!

That may be the style at this time but I am prefer high rise slim skinny jeans and a more fitted look typically. She has a beautiful selection of jewelry and other accessories like scarves.
