Their California agent Christina Felix is very unprofessional and only thing she did was stressing out the costumer , when we sign the contract she was very pushy and didn't explain clear enough. We agreed the seller stay in the property with 3 week rent back, but agent told them it's free without being clear to us , which on the contract shows as blank , which does not mean $0- and she later claims something on the contract says " licensed fee $0" means rent back free. They are using undirected term to trick people who doesn't understand the actual meanings. After we complain to the Flyhomes , they said they can't cover our loss, and not responsible for the mistake, and they start asking us if we want to back out the offer ( that way they can take our earnest money and buy the house , resale it, then make profit out of it ) we are beyond annoyed and very frustrated because we are in the middle of buying this house , we love the property, but Flyhome is just very unprofessional, and has no idea what they are doing, miscommunication with lender ,buyer , seller , ..etc . As a background, my uncle received an email from Michael wanting to business with us in the area. Mind you my uncle lives in another state so I was just the middleman. We are in the market for a multi family unit and I had scheduled a time to meet Michael. The evening before our appointment, I noticed that the property was listed as a single family home so I texted him to confirm. He stated that there is vacancy on one part and a tenant in the lower. That's nice, but we wanted a multi family home? Oh, we can check when we get there, he says. Ideally I knew I was wasting my time because in order to have a tenant on the property of a single family home, you need to also reside in the property which was not our plan; but I confirmed anyways to meet with him the following day just to confirm if the home had 1 or 2 meters (it had 1). The meeting was for 3pm and I chose to leave work early to meet with him as arrived early, but at 2:40 he texts me and says he "ran into some Bellevue traffic and GPS puts me there at 3:15." The property is in federal way... If you live or work in the Seattle/Bellevue area, you should know that traffic is bad anywhere you go so for you to be 15 minutes late means you planned poorly. I work in Redmond and planned my day so I wasn't wasting his time and still managed to get there on time. I saw what I needed to see and decide to leave the driveway since it was pointless. As frustrated as I am, he calls me at 3:25 asking me if I had left already. (Of course I did.) I let him know that I felt disrespected that I planned for a time, and as a client, if I can show up early, at minimum he should show me the respect of being on time. Then he has the audacity to boast and say "I have a team of 10 realtors I work with so you can go find another realtor" and hangs up! Really?! Not an apology. This was very unprofessional and the fact that he got mad at me for wasting my time is what forced me to write this review. I feel sorry for the people that work with Michael and I hope that he doesn't treat all of his potential clients this way but I need to make sure other people know about his attitude, lack of knowledge, and work ethics.

Being in Las Vegas but looking for a place in Seattle and not knowing ANYONE or where or how to even begin the process. I used YELP for what is here for...to find businesses and read reviews. I searched Realtors and started to read reviews. After reading several reviews I knew I wanted to go with a smaller vs. a bigger company (where they might hand you off to whoever or you get lost in the shuffle). SOOOOO glad I went with Liz! I really believe that things happen for a reason and people come into your life for a reason. From the first time I spoke to her she had a great energy and vibe and I knew she was going to be a hustler. I was already impressed from the get go! In the beginning I explained what my husband and I were looking for, (which I thought were pretty strange requests criteria...because this condo was going to be used for our employee, it needed to be within a certain proximity, near the airport and within our budget). Liz just rolled with it and got on it. I think it was that night or the next we were already Facetiming a property we were interested in...that's how quickly she was on it! BTW she gives great video commentary and is thorough and honest with her review of the places. Not being there and actually seeing something in person for such a large purchase is kind of scary, but it truly was a great experience that I wasn't expecting. She listened and cared about our opinions and was never pushy. So right now the market is CRAZY!! We put in about 3-4 offers starting in February and kept getting outbid by cash offers and waiving everything. Finally we found something that was perfect for us and had keys and were moving in on April 8! We got to do a little fixer upping (Liz helped with finding a contractor) and was able to pick out flooring, paint and light fixtures, to our liking, all for asking price (seller was throwing in some $). BEYOND impressed with Liz and her team! From start to finish and all throughout the process Liz always kept in touch and updated with what was going on. Almost daily emails with new listings or possible places then following up with which ones we were interested in seeing. She was ON TOP of it!
