Although I have never spoken with Mr. Hutchins, I have spoken (by phone) to probably just about everyone of his great staff there and there have been a number of occasions that I called them throughout the years. I have always received prompt, efficient and courteous service with each call. I believe my last contact with their office was about a year ago and spoke to Ashley about a question I had concerning my policy. She was very courteous and even offered me a bit of information that actually saved me money on my policy. After thanking her, she said, "that's my job." I very much appreciate the great service I have received all this time - consistently. Thank you all.

We only use one account for insurance and since the charges were larger than expected this racked up over $100 in overdraft fees. None the less, we paid for everything to keep it current. We were not getting the emails from the insurance company because our contact information was entered into their system incorrectly. We tried contacting Kathy, she never got back to us but would send the "sorry I miss your call" texts. Another lady in the office was very apologetic and said she'd get to the bottom of things and call us back...never did. They never submitted our information to our loan holders so they have been calling us trying to get us on the expensive bank insurance. They also didn't have our information in that we had taken defensive driving course (should've been a discount). We found a different agent at another company and he so far has saved us over $200 a month. Long story short, stay away from Kathy with Eck Agency. She was very nice but didn't get the job done.
