The "guy" she sent I think was a little 25 year old at best, informed us we did it wrong and should have done it from inside. total BS we replied, we can do your job too if you don't understand how to finish it, he then proceeds to get puffed up I believe this made him a whole 150 pounds at this point. We found a home we liked, placed an offer and it fell through because there were a lot of red flags with the home. We made sure to seek guidance from Trixie. As first time homebuyers, we agreed that it wouldn't be a wise choice to move forward with this home. She continued to send us listing of homes and made arrangements for us to view them.
