When we moved into our apartment at 1906 Kamak, the…read moredoors were damaged, the carpet was horrible, the fridge did not work and it took them 2 weeks to get us a new fridge.... I recently moved out from there and I fixed holes that were in walls, I cleaned that place from top to bottom! This place is ready to move into right now.... I was told when I did the walkthrough that everything looked amazing and I would be getting my deposit back!!! (Have pictures of the documents that says everything is clean and great) When I called to ask when I could expect my deposit back they said I would not be getting it back because the whole place has to be painted (bull sh**) and all of a sudden there is a huge scratch on the hardwood floors??? Hmm.. where did that come from because it was not there when I left!! I have pictures from before and after to prove this!!!! Oh and did I mention that the same person who told me I would be getting my deposit back because everything looks great is the same person who gets paid to paint the rentals for Cathy.... isn't that a little strange... guess Christmas is coming soon, gotta screw someone over to get that little extra money in your pocket I guess!!! I have tried numerous times to talk to Cathy Eoff and she will NEVER speak to her tenants, she puts all her dirty work on her employees, who by the way are very very rude!!! They hang up on you if they are not hearing what they want to hear... I realize that I am only one person here but I would NEVER recommend renting from Eoff realty ever!!!!! Horrible horrible people all the way around!! Yes the apartments are cheap to rent, but if you choose to rent from them be certain you are willing to take it in the rear later! Cause that's exactly what they will do!!!! I can not say it enough!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PEOPLE and big fat liars as well!!!!!

She had already had a full day showing houses to someone else. Great service. We instantly liked her and felt she was so knowledgeable and knew where to get info if she didn't know the answers. She never has left us hanging. We put an offer on a home a couple of weeks later and because of the sellers and their realtor ended in termination. Shelly felt so bad for us and promised to help us find something else. Shelly is really an amazing real estate agent. She cares about her clients and their families. My Loan Officer asked me where we got Shelly and I told her and asked her why. She said Shelly was so thorough and knowledgeable and has been so amazing for her to work with. She doesn't get that all the time she said. But was really appreciative to have Shelly to work with. That says allot for Shelly. I think through this process we have become friends.
