From the receptionist to the owners they have been nonthing but nasty and it was totally uncalled for. I called to inform them that they sent my closing documents to the wrong address (my old home address which I updated long before with the company once I closed November 30, 2020). So I'm really not understanding why they would send my closing documents to my old home as they know I no longer reside in that residence. I didn't want to seem too upset but the issue which may have been an honest mistake, so I wanted to know what could be done to correct the issue. The receptionist had a attitude from the beginning about the situation. The receptionist hung up several times before I can ask for a manager. Thank God I had a witness of how the receptionist treated me. The receptionist told me to call back 1pm. I called back at 1:03 pm to be exact and requested to speak with the manager. I was hung up on again but then recieved a call back from receptionist to transfer me to the manager. As I begin to explain the reason for my call and how the receptionist was very unprofessional the manager begin to tell me to be quiet because her assistant has been with her 30 years as if I was lieing about how I was treated. She then proceeded to tell me that her husband which is the owner advise the receptionist to hang up on customer if they are rude and that she will hang up on me as well. I let her talk but then jump in to tell her that I was not being rude at all her receptionist where rude and what made situation even worst the receptionist going to tell me that I should be happy I received the documents from my my friends. Which made me upset because those were not my friends. They were new tenants from the old house but thank God there were honest people who tried to locate me. I told her her yes I am very upset because how I was treated and you expect me to treat you with respect after being disrespected. She went on to tell me that I need to take my situation up with post office and hung up. I was very upset about the situation because its not post office issue . Rapid Title Company Should have sent the Copy of deeds and original closing do the correct address. Rapid Title Services Company . Please becareful of this company . If you are closing on a home please don't use them. They have been headache from the beginning
