I went in to see Dr. Adeyi for my annual physical, and my visit exceeded expectations. Parking was ample and convenient. The facility is modern, clean, and looks beautiful. The front desk staff was kind and attentive (they even brought me cold water!). I was taken to the back by Nurse Florrie, who is just the sweetest woman. She was friendly, kept the mood light, and listened actively while I took her down the long, twisty road of my medical history. She, along with the front desk staff set the tone for my visit, and helped put my mind at ease. Dr. Adeyi was everything I hoped she would be, and more. Her reputation preceeded her, but even still, she exceeded my expectations. She was so kind, patient, and compassionate. I am usually very nervous in doctors' offices, due to some trauma from previous experiences. With Dr. Adeyi and Florrie, I never once felt uncomfortable. I felt that Dr. Adeyi really aimed to collaborate with me on my care, balancing her expertise with my preferences and lived experiences. Finally, I have a place that I can call home for my healthcare, with providers I can trust. I look forward to feeling like the best version of myself, as I feel like I have found the people that can help me do that!

I hate, hate, hate doctors offices. Did I mention I hate doctors offices?…read more Now that that's out in the open let me say CFMC is a great group of doctors, nurses and medical staff. I'll avoid the doctors office at any cost, but when I get too sick for my usual Nyquil, B12, vitamin C concoction to work I go see Dr. Hudson at CFMC. These guys are always nice, and the visits are usually over in an hour at most. Dr. Hudson is kind, has a wonderful bedside manner and spends as much time as she needs to in order make an honest assessment of your condition. So far she's helped me through the flu, a knee injury, and a fractured rib. If you live in Woodstock, don't feel well and don't know where to turn go see Dr. Hudson at CFMC.

Doctors and healthcare in general can all be harrowing, but Dr. Lee has a small, welcoming office. You can get more comprehensive care in one place, and she even has a pharmacy. She's one of those people I'd hang out with outside of the doctors office. Anyway, when I first saw her she immediately got me on Prozac for my anxiety disorder since my current medication was not working. Then she got me on birth control and ordered labs for me since I hadn't done labs in a while. What I wasn't a fan of was going to her every couple weeks for follow ups. At one point, I was feeling really sick and dizzy and she attributed it to the Prozac and side effects. Not once did she even consider asking me if I could be pregnant. Sure enough, I WAS pregnant because the birth control she gave me failed and I gave birth to a little girl in October. She also saw my husband. Completely beat around the bush when he would request labs that he desperately needed done. She would not let him get it done. She prescribed him some weird diabetic shots that made him super sick. Won't help with his disability paperwork. It was just a mess with him seeing her. We have since gotten insurance and different doctors.

While the nurse practitioner that I saw a few times there was nice enough, I never actually met the doctor that I was assigned to (Dr. Vukotic). She never bothered to introduce herself on any of my visits. I wanted this to be my primary care office but they simply do not care. I was experiencing pain and reached out various times about it. I had to push to get scans done to find out what was going on. Despite more than one alarming result from the scans, I NEVER heard back from the doctor or the office at all. It has been nearly a year since I had the scans they ordered (only because I advocated for myself and they wanted to shut me up). NOBODY reached out to me to discuss the results or to even follow up on how I was feeling. I was left to Google explanations of these results because nobody bothered to reach out. I was worried about some of the findings, which seemed serious, so I sought out a different doctor and office. They acted quickly to address my concerns and referred me to other specialists. I ended up having surgery. The only communication I had received from North Roswell Internal Medicine since my scans was a handful of promotional emails about something they were selling. That is, until today when I received an automated email reminder that I was "overdue" for my annual wellness visit. I am not overdue for anything, but they are overdue in noticing that I exist and had medical needs they completely neglected. They did the same thing with my husband. He also had something come up that they received results for but they have not reached out to him either. He and I and our adult son all changed doctor's offices because these people are a joke and don't care about their patients at all. Based on these experiences, I cannot recommend this practice and wish I had an option to rate them negatively because that is what they deserve. I'm SO disappointed in this practice :/ My fiance and I just moved from NY to ATL, so I did…read moreextensive research to find a new primary care doctor as we plan to be long term patients. Dr. Susan Kim seemed great so I booked appointments for both of us. My fiance went in yesterday morning. When I asked him how it went he said it was fine - he waited 45 minutes to see the doctor and was given a tetanus shot without requesting previous medical records to see if he needed a tetanus shot. Long waits at the doctor's office are pretty standard so that didn't really concern me. I had my appointment scheduled for this morning. Admittedly, I was 10 minutes late due to traffic (I drove 30 mins AWAY from the city to get there). When I arrived and apologized for being late - the front desk curtly told me that my appointment had been cancelled and that they would not take me. I explained all of the above, but was told there was absolutely nothing they could do. To be honest, I would have rescheduled my appointment if they had even pretended to care. They could have putzed around on the computer acting like they were trying to "squeeze me in" and I would have been placated. Unfortunately, their curt response and cold attitude made it abundantly clear that this office does not care about their patients AT ALL. Needless to say, both my fiance and I will be moving to a different practice.
