I began my professional journey as an architect in 1989, bringing design expertise and a sharp eye for structure and function to every project. In 2000, I transitioned into the field of home inspection, applying my architectural knowledge to help clients better understand the integrity and value of residential properties. Over the next decade, I built a reputation for thoroughness, trust, and precision.
In 2010, I took the next step and became a licensed REALTOR, combining my technical background with a passion for client service. Since then, I've consistently ranked as a top producer, known for delivering results and creating seamless real estate experiences.
In recognition of my dedication, performance, and impact in the industry, I was honored with the RE/MAX Hall of Fame Lifetime Achievement Award—a milestone that reflects not just years in the business, but a career defined by integrity, excellence, and client success.

What inspired me to become a REALTOR was the desire to give people honest, informed advice during one of life’s biggest decisions—buying or selling a home. With a background as an architect (1989–2000) and home inspector (2000–2010), I developed a deep understanding of how homes are built, maintained, and valued. I saw a gap in the industry where clients often lacked the technical insight needed to make confident decisions. In 2010, I became a licensed REALTOR, combining my design and inspection experience to offer more than just real estate services—I offer clarity, trust, and expertise. My goal is to guide clients with integrity, helping them see beyond the surface to what truly matters.
