Lauren came today to give our rescue dog Rise his first ever proper groom. He is from the war zone in Ukraine and is understandably very nervous but he had matted fur that desperately needed sorting. I was sure Lauren would only be able to maybe get some of the worst matts out on his legs but I was amazed at the experience. Lauren is like a dog whisperer. She was so gentle but firm with Rise. Not only was she able to use the clippers on his worst matts but she then proceeded to do his full body. I was thrilled to bits. Then after Rise was rewarded with treats and a little run round Lauren took him to the bathroom and very gently gave him his first ever proper bath and shampoo. He looks and smells like a new dog. I am absolutely stunned by how well Rise did and all I can say is Lauren is a miracle worker. She gave me so many useful tips and advice. I can't thank you enough Lauren.
