These guys are experts and we wouldn't send our boy anywhere else !! Bodhi has recently stayed at…read moreNMK for 12 nights. This is the second time Bodhi has stayed, last time the team were outstanding when Bodhi became unwell during his stay(nothing to do with NMK just one of those things). So this time I was a little nervous dropping Bodhi off incase he associated NMK with being ill. I needn't have worried, as soon as we arrived in the car park Bodhi became really happy and excited and just trotted in without any hesitation, a testament to how very well he had been cared for last time. The team knew I was nervous leaving him and responded beautifully to my "stressy mum" emails with updates. I could see on the cameras and on facebook that Bodhi was having a great time. The team are clearly experts in dog behaviour, they clearly understood Bodhi and his Great Dane tendencies. Danes are puppies until they are about 3yrs .Bodhi is only 15 months old, so we appreciate how challenging it could have been to involve an adolescent, mischievous, vocal, 70kg pup in the daycare sessions, but the team did this beautifully, finding what dogs and environments best fitted. Bodhi and the pack looked to have had lots of fun. We could see that he had a bed made up in the main area were he snoozed the night away relaxed and happy and without stress. He also spent sometime in the bungalow and was even treated to a sleep over at one of the lovely dog Nannie's homes .I can't thank the team enough for their care and for their understanding of our Bodhi boy. It's joyful to see the love that these guys have for the doggies and the individual one on one cuddles and strokes that they give .

Our dog has been to no more kennels for a while now (since about 10 months and he's 2)…read more They are absolutely fabulous. All the staff look after all of the dogs. The staff genuinely care for the dogs and enjoy looking after them. Even before our dog got neutered he was a little too friendly so they just gave him time out in one of the over night rooms. We have also used the groomers (Rebekah) who is amazing. She take her time and does a professional cut. I can't recommend enough! Such a great place to go!

I booked and paid in advance for the 8-lesson Rottweiler Boot Camp at Dog Country Club, and…read moreunfortunately I can say it was absolutely not worth the money. At the first session, everything sounded promising. We were told the trainer would be taking two dogs at a time for a walking session each week, but this only happened once after the second lesson. It quickly became obvious that having one trainer responsible for eight dogs was far too much, and several other owners commented on this as well. By the fourth lesson, myself and three other dogs ended up with kennel cough. I fully understand that this can happen in group settings, but what I didn't expect was the complete lack of apology or concern from Dog Country Club. I had to pay another £100 for medication and a vet appointment, and still received no acknowledgment of the situation whatsoever--just a rescheduled session. When we returned, the trainer couldn't remember where we had left off (understandably), but instead of picking up where we were, we ended up repeating the same exercises all over again. I thought the lessons would progress into more advanced training, but that never happened. After completing seven sessions, I honestly feel like my dog is still the same, and I didn't see the improvement or development we were promised. What pushed me over the edge was receiving a text two days before the final lesson saying it was cancelled and replaced with a Christmas party with mixed dog breeds--and they rescheduled it without even checking whether I could attend. Even the trainer had told us in Week 1 that if your dog doesn't have solid recall or you don't feel comfortable letting them off-lead, you shouldn't attend these types of meet-ups. That's the whole reason we were in training to begin with. I told them I wasn't comfortable attending and was clearly unhappy that the final lesson was cancelled. Instead of being understanding, they simply offered two alternative dates--neither of which I could attend. Meanwhile, the owners whose dogs didn't get kennel cough received their full eight sessions, while I ended up with barely seven. I requested a refund for the final lesson since I couldn't attend a party and couldn't make the rescheduled dates. My message was ignored. I asked again--still nothing. No apology, no resolution, no refund. Overall, I cannot recommend Dog Country Club at all. Between poor communication, lack of accountability, overcrowded sessions, cancelled lessons without confirmation, and no customer care whatsoever, this experience has been incredibly disappointing. Save your money, your time. Also to add to my previous review instead of DCC taking accountability they will block you from there facebook page

We've been taking our Cockapoo here for three years and we'll be taking her for many many more years. We take her to daycare multiple times a week and she always comes back and just clonks out from a hard days play! All the staff know here and are likewise excited to see her and I've never had a single reason to suspect she is not getting the best care possible, all while staying at an great value for money. They're also just as good for the owners as the pooches, my partner and I did a Doggie First Aid course which was three hours well spent and then some, also at an incrediblly reasonable price.
