We had an awesome server who was able to accommodate to our vegetarian requests - we ordered the chilaquiles without any meat and were splitting it so without asking he brought it in two separate plates, the eggs were could to the liking we requested, the croissant I think is baked in house and was really warm/soft, I really enjoyed my cappuccino as well (the cinnamon dusting on top was so sweet tasting). My favorite might be the French toast which was made with the bread made in house. Overall, a cheap brunch compared to the American standard and definitely cheaper than what the hotel was charging. We came here twice during our stay because it was soo good!

So I ended up with chilaquiles, which are now a favorite of mine and though not impossible to find in the states, they don't appear too often. I had a choice of a verde sauce or a mole, and I went for the mole. I loved the different textures: the avocado and chicken with the crunch of the tortilla. The cotija cheese on top was delicious. I went back to Cancun once again and returned for this same meal. Someone I know was just in Cancun, and I told him to do the same thing. I've had chilaquiles since, but none as good as Manyee's.
