The local products she features are hidden gems sometimes. Great prices and quality. The store has expanded over the years and is very clean and organized. There are contests throughout the year. They also put on Duran's Down Home days, annually, to raise money for charities. It is a full year planning process in addition to all the work at the store.

Had a similar experience on a previous visit was in line at the front and a family was just hanging out in front of the register. Prices seemed high the meats were priced okay it's just all behind a meat counter so I can't look at it properly and you have to wait in line. They deliver locally grown produce and other agricultural goods to your door, so we decided to order a custom fruit basket for the crew at our small business. It was spectacular, and the owner even cut up one of the melons for everyone so it was easier to eat. The price was great for what we got and we were very happy (and full)!
