I don't write reviews often, but Tamarack Farms Piedmontese deserves every star. Their beef isn't just food it's next-level quality. The meat is incredibly lean, tender, and rich in flavor, totally different (and better) than your typical grocery store beef. It's clear they care about how their cattle are raised and how the products taste from pasture to plate. What really stood out was the customer service friendly, honest, and super helpful from the first call to pickup/delivery. They were patient answering all my questions and genuinely seemed to care I was happy with my order.
