Really Disappointing customer service and overall experience. Things go wrong in business, as a…read morebusiness owner myself the way my concerns were handled was not professional and I will not be using them again. Here was my experience. I brought in rear panels on my Eisenglass to have new snaps put on and upon going to pick them up there were new scratches/ marks on the Eisenglass/black stuff all over the panels I brought in... The Guy(I assume the owner) started yelling at me telling me they were used and at his staff for not taking pictures when they were delivered. Then refusing to look at the pictures I was trying to show him I took before bringing them in.... I understand they were used...But my pictures show exactly what they looked like before being delivered... he suggested I bleach them to get the marks out... without looking at any of my pictures. They also put in the wrong type of snap on one part of the Eisenglass without asking me if I wanted it to be different in a clearly visible place and now it is not symmetrical... The work done, the Snaps and additional canvas pieces sowed on functionally will work. However it appears they took very little care with the used pieces that I wanted to extend the life of for as long as possible. At the end of the day yelling at a customer when they have concerns isn't the way to run a business.

Alex, the snake oil "salesman" of the team who knows nothing about contruction btw, came 3 hours late to explain why they were not coming to work (no text. no call back) --we asked to speak to Joshua Bayer, the owner. His response :"as if he'd pick up the phone for a 6k job." I have witnesses to this conversation. He knew we were under the grind bc of a closing date and shouted "but you need us to do this, you have no one else." Think again Alex. No one is indispensible and no one is going to put up with this.
