Donna is my specific agent who handles my policy and questions regarding (trust that I have a lot, you should see our call log). Even with her busy day and numerous clients, she always took time to answer mine and get back to me within a timely manner, even though some of my inquiries were pretty asinine. She always did so with such care and enthusiasm and always answered her phone with excitement. But that energy doesn't stop with Donna, it extends to everyone! I have had the fortune of interacting with each staff member; and from stunning office staff like Kim to the amazing employees such as Chad, Robin, Kerri, and Kari, all the way to Marc and Matt, the energy and enthusiasm of this office is unprecedented. No client is too small or too big for this team and it truly is worth your time to give them a chance. But what do I know, I'm just a kid who took time out of his day to write a two paragraph Yelp review!

He handled all of the paper work, he handles all of the phone calls and all of the hassles that insurance has. He also was unbiased about telling me what insurance I truly needed. Sometimes that means you pay more but you don't want to pay less and find out that you aren't covered. When I have had a claim he was on top of it and lead to getting quick payment without my policy going through the roof. I have also converted several employees of mine to using his service too. It is like they get a raise when they give him a call since he saves them so much money.

I was working with Karen Malat who I was referred to by another agent who could not help me. I sent…read morea very detailed email with what I was looking for, important information about my home, updates, my cars and how we use them. It was extremely comprehensive. When Karen first quoted me she did not follow the comprehensive email I had sent and replied with wrong quotes. Seeing that this was an oversight and giving people the benefit of doubt I emailed her back asking her to change the wrong items and re-quote. I also confirmed that my moving violations were taken into account. I have an illegal left turn during posted hours and an accident at a known issue intersection on my record at the moment. She replied with the corrected quotes and even went as far as to send me my record that was pulled and in the email in black and white, she says they were taken into account. A few weeks later, I email Karen back after I had time to look at all other competitive quotes and tell her, I would like to purchase the policy with Erie. She replied that they have tightened their guidelines and I'm not eligible. What???? I had just talked with her two weeks earlier, this seems ridiculous. I question her and she re-quotes me with another company almost $1000 more. I told her, no thanks!!! I asked to speak wth her supervisor because that is who Karen blamed for the mistake and she says "Carol" will call me. Then she sends a follow up email that the owner of the firm she works for "Tyler" will be calling me. Neither of these people have called me. This is a prime example of how not to do business. For a business that gets paid if I buy a policy, you would think they would try to keep me- see what they could do for me or at least talk to me!! I'm pretty disappointed in how this went down and the complete lack of customer service this firm provides. I would look elsewhere for insurance. There are a ton of firms out there that would be willing to provide better customer service than this, even if they are unable to provide you with a policy.

Horrible service and experience here. I have lived in multiple states and have had multiple agents,…read moreand this by far has been the worst experience I've ever had. When I needed to add my wedding bands to my policy, it wouldn't go through for months. I was only ever notified by mail of the problems and was never reached out to in an attempt to rectify the situation. Then, after we bought a home I tried to cancel my policy. It has taken me MONTHS to cancel a policy for an apartment that we haven't lived in for over a month and it is still not resolved. State Farm does not allow you to cancel the policy via their customer service line so I have been playing back and forth with the agent to try to get this resolved. In the two years I've worked here, I believe I've worked with over four people to help me (new people every few months) and I have only been in contact with Felix once. Please-- do not go here for your insurance needs!
