The individual agents seem ok, but their interface with underwriting is a confusing mess. By insuring assets in different states things got really messy for me. It took months to be refunded from the jet ski cancellation, and weeks for a second vehicle cancellation in WA. Then because I insured my truck in Idaho underwriting cancelled my motorcycle in Anacortes!!! What a terrible company. I'll NEVER deal with State Farm again. Maybe the others are as bad but they cannot be worse! Sorry Heather Ladd, you may be great but the corporation you represent is the worst insurance experience of my life. AND I'm the poster child good customer you WANT. Getting quotes on truck for Idaho and I should be State Farm free soon.

Every interaction with them has been very easy and problem-free. Questions are answered promptly and even more important, accurately.
