The good: The hotel staff is very nice and accommodating. Receptionists have been extremely nice…read moreand helpful. The rooms are nice, clean, and up to date. It is not too far from Manufactura or Piotrkowska street and there are stops for the tram right outside. The restaurant has been good as well for breakfast and dinner and the servers have been great. The not-so-good: The location of the hotel isn't in the nicest area and the tram/traffic is noisy so we can't really keep our windows open because then it's a lot worse. Also, there was a party downstairs until about 3am, when the party guests were going back to the rooms, two guests (very drunk) walked back and forth on our floor screaming, "YOLO!!" at the top of his lungs over and over and nobody asked him to stop.
