We went on a Thursday and happened to be the only two people booked for our experience, so it almost felt like our own private chocolate tour. We met the manager, who was incredibly friendly, and honestly everyone we interacted with was welcoming and helpful. During the experience, we got to try drinking chocolate, melted chocolate and a salted caramel chocolate treat--and every single one was incredible. The presentation itself was very thorough, with beautiful photos and examples throughout. We learned a lot about chocolate, their process and the company, and they took the time to answer all of our questions. If you love chocolate, the Chocolate Experience is absolutely worth adding to your Kansas City itinerary.
