Do Not Use Them!! Absolutely terrible experience arriving into Barcelona. Driver was nowhere to be found. We had paid upfront for a Van to take our group to the hotel. There was no Van! We finally managed to find someone that was connected to Talixo and he just didn't seem to care in the least. They put us into a car and we were very cramped to say the least. The icing on the cake was they dropped us off at the Wrong Hotel!! Avoid them at all costs, find alternative cheaper transportation. read more

We have used their service through Expedia in the past, We do travel alot and up to this trip had zero issues. To start with on our trip from airport to resort in Punta Cana the driver was over an hour later than we were told. Then I left my cell phone (by accident) in his van. We called it several times and no one answered. The following day friens called and the driver answered MY PHONE. They stated I was looking for it and to call my wife's phone. he text us and set up a meet. He was hours later then agreed and then extorted me for CASH MONEY to get my phone back. I explained it was my fault however it was not any different then leaving a piece of luggage behind. The company should be able to get the property back to its owner without paying a FINDER FEE as he stated. Then on return trip they service never showed, we waited for an hour called customer service and they hung up then would not return my calls. We had to pay cash to another company to get to the airport. WE ARE DINE USING YOUR CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE !!!! WQe had booked this as a package through Expedia, called them to explain, they were less than helpful. read more

We utilized Talixo to procure transportation from FLL to Miami with great service. However for our return trip after cruise, they sent a vehicle that would not hold us all and we had to wait in parking garage with two small children while another was dispatched. During ask of this, we were treated very rudely and when I tried to call for assistance, they even hung up without responding. I will never use this company again - stick with UBER or another service (which would have been significantly cheaper but thought we were getting higher quality service - not) read more

Event occurred; 1/1/26 Punta Cana, DR I prepaid for an airport transfer and received multiple text confirmations stating the driver would pick us up at the scheduled time. No driver arrived. When I contacted dispatch, I was told no driver could be reached. I was traveling with my 8-year-old and was at serious risk of missing our flight. We only made it because the hotel immediately arranged a taxi, which I had to pay for out of pocket. Despite the prepaid service not being provided and the additional costs incurred to avoid missing our flight, the company refused to issue any refund, including for the unused prepaid transportation. Confirmations did not match reality, and customer support took no responsibility for the service failure. Future customers should be aware that paying in advance does not guarantee a driver will be assigned or that a refund will be issued if the service is not delivered. read more

Talixo are incompetent, chaotic, unreliable and too expensive. Failed to pick up me at Naples airport, phoned the operator and she did not have a clue. A week alter someone picked me up from hotel to Naples airport for the return trip but his name and car registeration number did not match those texted by Talixo. Tracking the driver gave wrong information and an ETA of 4, 8 and finally 16 minutes! I was charged £67 for an 10 minute journey that would normally cost 25-65 Euros read more

Literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Impossible to cancel ride even though flight was canceled and I no longer needed service. I wasn't even looking for a refund. Just wanted them to stop texting me and to not waste drivers time. read more

The driver did not meet us at the designated meeting point. We had to find the driver in the car park. The car is not a Mercedes V class as confirmed. It is a small old Tesla. The driver is not Tom. The supplier first said the original driver had an accident. Another support person said the car broke down. A third person said because the flight landed 13 mins early the driver gas to leave. This is totally unacceptable! read more

Betreff: Beschwerde über verpassten Transfer am 5. Mai 2024 am 5. Mai hatte ich einen Transfer von Frankfurt nach Wetzlar reserviert und den vollen Betrag von 170 € bezahlt. Unser Transfer sollte laut Plan um 9:00 Uhr starten. Wir waren pünktlich um 8:50 Uhr am Treffpunkt, aber ich erfuhr, dass unser Transferfahrzeug bereits um 8:40 Uhr abgefahren war. Trotz meiner pünktlichen Anwesenheit habe ich somit keinen Transfer erhalten. Ich habe bereits zweimal an Talixo geschrieben, aber bisher keine Antwort erhalten. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht von diesem Service und erwarte eine angemessene Lösung des Problems. Es kann nicht sein, dass man für eine Dienstleistung bezahlt und diese dann nicht erhält. If you are looking for horrible customer service experience with a transport service, then I highly recommend Talixo! HORRIBLE!!! We booked Talixo to pick us up at the airport in Curacao to take us to the hotel. The Talixo driver could not wait on everyone, as some of our party was in immigrations about 15 min behind, so the driver left us all at the airport stranded. We immediately reached out to Talixo to ask for a refund and cancel the return trip. It took us 6 days to get a response on chat, to only tell us we need to call our booking agency. Booking agency reached out, and Talixo would not offer a full refund. read more

Sept 5 2024 we arrived at Rome airport. Driver texted that he was waiting. I called him after 30 mins to inform him that our luggage from Iceland Air had not yet been put on the belt and that he please wait. He actually hung up on me. After 45 mins I texted him to let him know we were still waiting for our luggage and received no response,.It took over an hour to finally get our luggage we made tracks to the meeting point to find no driver. I called Talixo and they told me the ticket was closed and nothing they could do form. As far as a refund they told me to call Expedia to try and get one. Wished I would have read reviews before travel agent booked it. read more

On Jun 16th, the driver cancelled on us on Heathrow, although we were on time, after calling us SEVERAL times while we were on the passport control line. Then, he blocked our number on WhatsApp and didn't even let us know that he cancelled. We had to keep looking for him in the meeting point. I DO NOT RECOMEND. read more

This company is a JOKE! and shouldn't be allowed to operate. We booked a transfer from Sorrento to Naples for 4:00am to get to the airport for our 7am flight. We get a call to our room at 1am from reception saying our transfer driver is here to take us to the airport, we go down stairs to explain we booked this for 4am, the driver said no it's booked for 1am even though all of the paperwork and booking confirmation say 4:00am. The driver then proceeds to blame us and say maybe you booked it wrong, even though our booking shows 4am which was shown to him. When asked if he can call his company and get this sorted, he laughed and said no my boss is asleep, what sort of 24 hour company doesn't have a after hours contact for their drivers. The driver then says he's tired and wants to go home, and says he will not come back at 4am as per the booking and that no other transfer will come to pick us up. Leaving us stranded 1 hour away from Naples airport and €275 euro out of pocket, paying a premium price for a beyond terrible service, leaving us with no choice to a taxi costing another €275 euro just to get us to the airport in time. This company is the most useless company I've ever dealt with in my life, they deserve a negative star rating and should not be in operation. I would never book anything through this company unless you want to be left stranded in a foreign country with no help from the company or the driver. USELESS DISGRACE OF A BUSINESS. read more

I really wish I had looked at TripAdvisor to see all the "No Show" reviews. However, I booked this private transfer through airportshuttles.com and Talixo was listed as a "recommended" provider. If you value your time and money, I beg you to not use this service. My driver didn't come, so even though I didn't have international calling in Morocco, I called the company for help. They told me the driver was nearby. 20 minutes later I called again, this time they said he was waiting at Terminal 2 (even though I made it clear I was at Terminal 1). So I walked to Terminal 2, stood where they told me he would be...he wasn't there. No sign with my name. No Talixo logo. Nothing. So then, I call AGAIN, and this time they told me it was "impossible" that I wasn't picked up. That the trip was marked as "done."At this point, I was livid. I'm standing outside in the hot Casablanca sun with a 70L backpack on my back and tears in my eyes. I'm NOT picked up. He puts me on hold, calls the fleet; when he returns to the line he asks me if I'm in the car. NO! Again, he starts telling me it's impossible. At this point, I've waited an hour. I just hung up. And caught a cab...which I didn't want to do because I didn't have Moroccan currency. And I'm a female traveling alone. And, I'd already paid for a private transfer. But, that private transfer was never coming. Maybe Talixo doesn't even exist. Choose a different service, or just prepare your heart to haggle with a taxi driver (I got 400 MAD down to 300 MAD). I think this is a bad company. Bad drivers. Bad customer service. Choosing this service cost me more than I could have ever imagined: the cost of the private transfer + price of a cab + $71.77 in international calling fees. read more

On May 24th I called TALIXO at 12.30 and asked them to have an earlier pick up since I was done with my appointments. The pick up time was 13.45. The driver was late 20 min. I should be at the airport at 15.00. this is what my booking confirmation mentioned since my flight was at 16.30. There was the mid-term holiday these days I did not know that -and TALIXO had NO IDEA to arrange an earlier transfer, so they booked a course with the normal duration. I lost my plane since WE ARRIVED AT THE AIRPORT AT 16.30. I asked what TALIXO could do since there was not another flight to Greece since the next morning. DAVID AND LORENZO the managers of TALIXO LONDON said NOTHING. it is not our problem. there was traffic. I asked them what is the purpose of a limo transfer if they cannot estimate properly the time. Otherwise I could rent a car. The purpose of a limo transfer is to have all the information for the client's prompt arrival. I am a hotelier and we arrange transfers from to airport all the time. The limo transfer company which we cooperate is informed about flight delays, cancellations e.t.c. but probably is not the case with TALIXO. So TALIXO driver DROPPED MY LUGGAGE OUT OF HIS MERCEDES and said 'it is not my problem, I drove you to the airport and I do not care what is going to happen. We were 3 hours in the car negotiating about what is going to happen. TALIXO DAVID and LORENZO said we make no compensation. They said they even keep the money of the transfer. they left me in the middle of nowhere in Holiday Inn Stansted and said find your own way. Please notice they picked me up late from THE DORCHESTER in Mayfair where I stayed. I have never faced another situation like this before. I have never seen so unprofessional attitude. An attitude which touches the limits of FRAUD. As you can understand after this incident, I will make legal procedures and of course make sure everybody knows how TALIXO treats their clients. read more

I pre-booked them for airport collection in Dubai and was met by a rep who told me that the taxi was running 20 minutes late!! Was suggested I just take a taxi from the rank which actually only took a few minutes of waiting time. I was also told I would get a refund. I have received nothing. I have e-mailed 5 times, have received confirmation that my enquiry would be responded to within 2 - 3 working days each time and here we are 16 days later and I am still out of pocket. I have received three e-mails asking me to rate their service!! Dubai has a very efficient and cheap taxi service and when you experience it you'll realise that companies such as Talixo are not necessary. read more

We paid Talixo to pick up our 84 yr old Aunt from La Guardia. We provided instructions that she needed help with her luggage. All the driver did was sit outside the building and leave after the allotted 45 mins had passed. Customer service was called, we again reiterated that she needed assistance and that the driver would need to help her with her bags. The driver returned and again did not enter the baggage claim area. This meant that our Aunt was stranded at the airport and Talixo has pocketed 131 dollars for no service whatsoever. Moroever, the customer service representatives have zero influence over the drivers so you have no recourse if things don't conform to there narrow time window. It often takes 20 mins to get to baggage claim with taxiing, alighting and traversing the airport. Then another 20-30 mins to get your baggage. They deliberately set a narrow time window from the scheduled touch down time in order to take your money for no service. My advice is do not use this company - you cannot rely on them. read more

Advice: do not use TALIXO especially if you want to go to the airport...there is a great chance that you will miss the flight! I had 2 bad experience within 1 week using Talixo and will never use this provider again. The first time, the driver wanted to leave me at a different address and didn't speak English. He denied to go further and was treating me like rubbish, in the end I sought assistance from a stranger. Talixo gave me 5 Euros voucher to compensate me for that. After 5 days, I made another booking to take me to the airport. Driver never came, I called at customer service, they ordered another one which also never came and I was waiting outside in the cold almost 1 hour. I called again complaining that I will miss my flight and the person on the phone said to me ''the driver told me that you are in the car right now"! Which means that these drivers are big liars! Then the agent replied ''sorry madam - please submit a complaint''. In the end I took a random taxi, I paid 35 Euros instead of 15 Euros, and I submitted a claim to talixo when I reached home. Talixo denied to refund me although I sent them the receipt with the signature of the taxi, and told me that "sometimes is out of our control to avoid such an unpleasant situations"!!!! Bottom line: Your bookings with Talixo are on the air; and the customer service of the company is just email templates with all the automated answers and they take zero responsibility. read more

They totally ripped us off ! Set up a pickup from our Airbnb to the airport for my 17 yr old son. Allegedly paid 25 euros with my credit card at the time I booked but when I looked later they charged me over $40.When the driver dropped off my son my son told him the fare was already paid on line but he said he needed to pay him in cash or he would be arrested. My son had only 15 euros but gave it to the driver. We emailed the company but have not gotten a response 5 days later. So we paid 55$ for the trip which if they had just told us that we probably would have agreed to but they scared my son and after he gave up his cash he had nothing for the flight or his layover. Reply from business ONE YEAR LATER.. I don't know my booking number a year later, Why don't you just respond to the email? read more

I booked twice one time on arrival and it was good. The driver was there almost on time and drove us to our hotel. However had a very bad experience on our reservation from hotel to airport. Flight was canceled by airline and I called both the company and driver to cancel. Both confirmed that I canceled. The operator at Talixo said there will be a cancellation charge, however he did not mention its amount and after checking thoroughly their site the amount of cancellation fee does not appear there. They charged me the full travel amount. I will avoid them in the future read more

I booked a taxi using my credit card to take me and my wife as well as our infant son from the airport to the hotel in Berlin. We were supposed to be greeted by a driver holding up a sign with our name on it just outside the terminal. We waited for the driver a the assigned place and even looked for him around the gate and around the other taxis. He was not there or at least no one had a sign with our name up. We waited for 15 minutes, tried to call the company and got no answer. Afterwards they claimed the driver had been there for over 45 minutes and charged us for no-show-fee. (As a coincidence the credit card which I've used only 6 times, had its information stolen and used in Canada while we were in Germany). read more

Dont use them... cancelled a transfer while client was in the air and arrived in DDorf with no-one waiting. They left an email with the advice "Please catch a cab at airport". If i wanted to do that i would never have booked one ! I have since complained and they have been very unhelpful. read more

We waited and looked around for the driver for over an hour then gave up and took Uber instead. We got scammed. Do not use this website. read more

I was vexed when I posted my first review of this company and perhaps posted my first review too soon in my discontent with them. Being honest though, I did not have a wonderful first experience with them, but after letting the company know about this they have addressed the issues and were prompt in responding to me. They were more than fair with their solution and I will try them again in hopes of a better experience. read more

The driver texted 45 minutes before our pickup time saying he will be there in 10min. I replied to his text stating we will be ready by 10:06am which is our scheduled time. He replied "On DOT PLEASE" I texted the driver as we were checking out letting him know our status (before our schedule time) He replied "Hope to see you at 10:06" Frustrated with his response I replied "we have 15 minutes of time after reservation per your policy." I then texted him 10:05am stating we are out front. I couldn't find his car as it was not the car listed on the transportation schedule. His first words to us when greeted was "I thought you were staying another night?" I replied, "say again?" He repeated himself. So I asked why he said that. His response "just saying" Then a few minutes into the ride he said, "Sometimes I run into nice people and who are courteous. Some people feel entitled." I didn't want to reply to his rudeness to avoid a confrontation. Later during the ride after hearing more of his frustration I finally said, "we were on time so why are you saying these things. His reply, "I didn't say you did I?" I noticed his text message on his phone saying he has another pickup at 10:30am while we were still on the way to the airport. I said, "I see they run you on a tight schedule as I noticed you have another pickup at 10:30." He had some sort of comment where he is always on a rush and people need to be courteous. I told him that I understand customer service very well as am a customer service expert. That I travel all over teaching customer service skills. His attitude completely changed to share his frustration about his job. How they are always short on drivers and he usually greets people saying "Aloha!" The conversation got lighter and ended up apologizing, but he already ruined the experience with this company. Horrible customer service. Don't take your frustration out in your clients. read more

I've had in total no around 15 experiences with Talixo. I started booking when I found one of their ads on Google for Berlin around 2014, the coverage was not so big back then but the service was quite consistent - basically, clean car, English speaking drivers and the possibility to prebook in advance with a credit card. That was enough for my needs so I cannot complain about anything. I didn't travel much in 2015 so I didn't have much chance to see how the service evolved. When I came back to Europe in 2016 during my world trip, I was like "Wow, this year they went crazy" they already cover more cities than Uber, that's something. I would love to see lower limousine prices in less popular locations though - it seems that the significant growth worked well mostly for the high-end drives with S-Klass or something similiar - there are still a lot of places missing Economy options. So my main request would be to increase the option for low-price offerings - in a lot of places currently booking Uber is more convenient, cause even though the driver is not insured it's just way cheaper. I imagine if I could afford an S-Klass I wouldn't be complaining about that ;-) What else can I say about the service... I had to do with the call center once when my flight was delayed. The driver waited at the airport and was very professional about it, no complaining. One downside - doesn't accept PayPal payments! Come on, it's 2016 and it's the most popular form of online payment in the US, please finally start accepting PayPal and you will immediately get more customers! read more

I used them to do a transfer from Tegel to Alexanderplatz on the 10th August. The driver was waiting with a passenger shield on time, called me in advance. My credit card was charged with the correct amount, online - very convenient. What I didn't like was that it wasn't able to book a couple trips at once - I had to go through the booking process step by step. Also, they don't take bookings by phone - just online. The car was clean, driver asked if I was comfortable, treated me with a water since it was hot. Mr Yildiz was very nice and I would definitely recommend this driver for the future. I haven't tested Talixo outside of Germany but might give it a try very soon. Piece of advice: if you book, book in advance - their prices seem to be more expensive less than 24 hours before the ride. I got quite a good deal booking well in advance. read more

The ride from Nice airport to Antibes went even better than I thought. The driver was exactly at the point that the booking details indicated, holding a tablet with my name and surname on it, clearly visible even from 20-30 meters. He looked gentle and greeted me with a handshake and a smile. The car exceeded my expectations, with leather upholstery and sweets inside. In the back of front seats, there were leaflets with emergency numbers. The chauffeur drove safely, was listening to our suggestions (which way to take to drop us off at the right place) and, what's really nice -- didn't distract us with annoying music, behaved very smartly. I heard about Talixo from a guy I met at a startup event so I decided to try it out. It was very easy to book. The prices were decent. I liked the fact that I could choose different classes of vehicles. I had them pick me up from TXL in the evening and I was impressed. Our flight was late by 30 minutes, but the driver was there, and the Viano was in excellent condition. I will use them again when I am in New York read more

I was travelling using Talixo in Hamburg, Berlin and Warsaw I had the limo on the taxi pricing! Always new, clean cars and kind drivers. Worth to recommend a especially for the business trips when you want the car on time and no cash payment. read more
