This company constantly calls me for positions that are not AT ALL in my field. I have asked to be removed from their calling list but they continue to call. One "recruiter" pushed and pushed me to agree to go on an interview for a position that would be 2 steps back for me. They do not listen and have no consideration for the job seeker. Their goal is clearly to fill positions with their clients and get paid the commission. No real concern for matching the right candidate with the right company. The number shows up as TX but I do not believe they are based in the US. read more

Liars!!! They start their emails off by lying stating that they've done business with you in the past. When I asked the to show me a signed agreement, they never respond. This is the biggest scam company I have ever seen. I lump it in with the "IRS Scam" people. Over the course of 5 years they have non-stop called me despite being told to stop contacting me. If you call their main office, nobody picks up, no matter which extension you call. I got ANOTHER call today and spoke in gibberish to the guy for 5 minutes. He KEPT TALKING. I don't know if it is sheer incompetence or just a sheer willingness to not care, but these people need to be stopped. Heck even the latest comment from Daniel (self admitted current employee) couldn't figure out that leaving 2 stars is in fact NOT a good review. Pathetic company that deserves to be shut down and the owner jailed. read more

From an employer's perspective ( I am an HR/Recruiting Manager) this company is complete garbage. They continually spam me, my managers, and staff almost weekly with the same pitiful e-mails. Their recruiters do not even have company e-mail addresses so are they real or bots? I have told them to cease and desist many times (by phone and e-mail) but the requests go unheeded. I would never do business with them and can only imagine how they treat their clients and staff. Stay very far away from them! read more

I was returning a call to Toni for my supervisor and had the worst "recruiting" call in my professional career. What a terrible person - she interrupted me, and called me rude when I tried to explain that we already have an outside recruiting firm. She told me she saw our ad on ZipRecruiter - which is not a company we use. I tried to explain all this, then she kept asking questions and I tried to get off the phone, she yelled at me. THEN SHE HUNG UP ON ME. I've already blocked the emails from this company and I need to figure out how to block the phone calls as well. DO NOT ANSWER. Just save yourself the time. This company is the worst. read more

Hello Keri…
This company calls my office at least once a day and has for the last year or so. I have asked them repeatedly to remove us from their call list because we do not do business with outside staffing agencies. I have spoken to three people, left a comment on their website, and have called them twice today to get us removed from the list. I spoke with two people on 1/29 to get us removed, they told us we were removed, then someone else called and emailed us later that day. I spoke with that person and he assured me we would be removed from their list and this would ensure we wouldn't be called again. Then someone called me today, 2/6. It's irritating and disrespectful. We don't do business with them and now I will never consider them for business if it were ever an option. read more

Ok, when you send me an email stating "you saw my listed posting for xxx" and you have several candidates available; I strongly suggest you start RETHINKING the way you are presenting lies. I have absolutely no job posting listed ANYWHERE for ANY sort of position within my company - thinking you are going to sign me up as a client by starting out with a bald-faced lie is 100% guaranteed to make me NEVER elect to use you are a hiring company. Unimpressed. After the first contact from them, which I forwarded along to our in-house recruiting guy in early October, I've been sent virtually-identical emails three times (twice on the same day from the same purported contact in one case). I've unsubscribed each time since, though by CAN-SPAM requirements, they aren't in violation for another few days. At this point, I'm forwarding all emails from them to their ethics@talentlogic.com address. Maybe they'll take the hint that I'm still not the guy to contact, and that they're wasting my time and theirs alike. If it persists too much longer, I'll add the FTC's reporting address (spam@uce.gov) to that forwarding chain. I'll be able to prove an unsubscribe timeframe with screen-captures saved and time-stamped to Dropbox. Edit: And to here as well. read more

This company is terrible. I am sorry that I didn't search for reviews before I entered into a contract with them. Being new to utilizing recruiters for filling positions I entered into a (60 day replacement guarantee) agreement with them...at 15%. They were paid in full in 45 days...approximately 15,000$. We got a good candidate from them, however he resigned in 51 working days...71 calendar days...which is ridiculous. While I was a first time client for them and asked if they would be flexible about the "60 day agreement" they insultingly said they would do a replacement hire for 10%. Additionally...I had to chase them down...they didn't return my calls and emails...I reached out about 5-6 times. I finally called the Director of Operations who said Ian would get back to me He informed me that the recruiter I worked with left the company I get the impression that they are "churners"....get the fee and run read more

These cats have been pinging me for ages with inquiries as to my availability. I have repeatedly attempted to ask them not to contact me further, after which, I've just kind of gone about my life until the next useless contact comes through. Today, one of their stable of headhunters contacted me to see if I would be interested in a position as a fire protection engineer. For those of you that don't know, fire protection engineers design and build sprinkler and alarm systems. I am a network engineer. I design and build information networks. The only thing that I have in common with a fire protection engineer is the noun in both our titles. Best part? When I asked him if he even knew what a fire protection engineer was, he replied that it was a mistake but that "well I have another job that matches your requirement". This isn't the first time that something similar to this has happened. It is the first that it has been so wildly off base. To those of you who are actually looking for work and reading this, remember, your recruiter can have just as much impact on your search as you do. If all your recruiter is doing is trying to place a body, any body, in one of two dozens completely different roles in completely different fields, I don't care how much attention they are showing you, theirs is help you neither want, nor need. read more

I'm not sure how spamming managers at random companies pretending you have an existing relationship when you don't helps them. If you really have looked at our postings and have candidates, why would you spam out a generic email that doesn't even list the position in the email? I don't have any open positions posted anyway. Talk to HR about the positions in other departments that do have positions open. Lame. read more

They should be fined for not abiding by the no call list. They call me every morning same time eventhough their number is blocked. They are harassing me. They leave a 5 minute message. From a candidate's perspective, I was not impressed. Google Maps cannot even find 2313 Timber Shadows Drive (says Kingwood Fitness). The first guy contacted me on Linked In and then called me on Saturday morning during breakfast with no appointment. When I requested a JD before sending my resume, he sent me a jumbled mess in Linked In (could have used a Word attachment or emailed it). His American name did not match his strong Indian accent. He knew absolutely nothing and referred me to a 2nd guy "Duke" who requested a copy of my resume by email, which I provided only after the first guy told me they worked with this "client" company for over 15 years, and promised a 3rd guy would answer all my questions. The 3rd guy also had a strong Indian accent that did not match his "Southern US" name. I had to push another (better) recruiter off to the next day to keep our appointment, for which he was over 90 minutes late (called at 5:15 PM). He confirmed my strong background in 1 area he claimed to be important to his client, but he was unable to answer ANY of my questions, which made it clear that no one at Talent Logic had ever spoken with a person at this so-called client company, not to mention the hiring manager (which is standard practice for most reputable recruiters). My wife and I had seen the exact same job posting 2 weeks earlier on Indeed, but I was too busy to respond. I figured the company had not found the right candidate on Indeed, and had asked them to follow up. However, in hindsight, it appears they got all their information from the Indeed listing. To be fair, the job is a great match, so at least they got ONE thing right! read more

Crystal and Mary contacted me about a possible VP of HR opportunity. Although the opportunity did not work out, I was impressed by their level of professionalism and follow through. Here is my side of the story- (by the way star is zero) I was contacted by 2 people from this company about the same day for the same opportunity (COO position in Northern California). I asked them to coordinate among themselves and only one person to contact me. Then, this person named Jennifer Wright, Recruiting Manager started contacting me. Asked for my updated resume and I sent her. Then she wrote email saying that her calls were going to voicemail all the time, therefore to provide an alternative number. I was surprised to hear that because I had not seen any calls (not even one, nada) from area code 281. When I told her that there was no calls from her and I asked her to give me the number that she is calling from and also to leave me a voice message to call her back, she never leaves a voice message or the number to call her back. I think these guys have no idea what they are doing because the number they call is converted to 201 area code from Jersey City, NJ and when you don't pick up the call, machine generated voice message leaves you a message to chose Insurance company for 50% off rate. I never pickup a call from the number that I am not familiar with. My worries now are that they have my resume and they could misuse for multiple things. I think these guys are into a scam business or they are being hacked by scammers. Is there any government agencies reading these review to take action against these boo-fans? read more

Scammers. They take job specs off of CareerBuilder and Ziprecruiter and then cold-call the company telling them they have qualified candidates. They then surf through online resumes and email you candidates that are visible online to anybody. Then they call the candidate and tell them that they found a job. Any HR person can do this themselves. Then they pass themselves off as these hard working people who worked so hard to match you to the perfect candidate once you find out that all they did was take resumes online from people without their consent. Then they lie and tell you that they have the candidate under contract (which they don't). Then once you point out that they just tried to scam you; they send you an invoice to your AP Department hoping to get paid. Then when you call them out on being lying scammers again; they have to talk to some other clown who plays dumb and he "didn't know all of the circumstances" - and try and point out that they sent emails to you which is a "verbal contract" - sorry guys - an email doesn't substantiate that..... I'm filing a consumer complaint on these scamsters. read more

I worked with Talent Logic a few months ago as a client to help fill a few engineering roles. After two weeks and sending a few candidates to me, they gave up. Yelp should really have a Zero Stars option. Talent Logic would definitely qualify. Got a call this morning from "Alfred Lawrence", the staffing manager at Talent Logic. This guy has the thickest Indian accent ever. A very fast talker too. Hard to understand. Other Yelpers have nailed this agency perfectly. 100% pure scam. They have no jobs to offer. Never did. Spammers and Harassers! I work in Talent Acquisition at my company and received no fewer than 11 emails all from different email addresses at Talent Logic as did my manager, our HR Director, and other hiring managers, all soliciting and saying "I understand you have _____ position open. I have candidates that match the job description that will not be available on the market much longer, and I may have suitable candidates for other open positions - can we talk?" The first 1 or 2 times, I politely let them know we were not adding additional staffing vendors and would reach out to them if anything changed. After the 11 emails and a call from my manager to them, I explicitly told them to cease all solicitation from me and employees at my company. That seemed to stop them emailing me and my manager, but that's when they moved to spamming our HR Director. I AGAIN reached out to them and asked them to stop all communication again today. They are HARASSING our HR team and our other employees, and they need to be stopped. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, and I hope others will, too. read more

I applied for a job in California and I was contacted by Jerry Brock who's located in Texas. He only replied to my e-mail once. I asked for more information about the opportunity I was considering but he did not provide any feedback. I called him a few days later and I immediately picked up the Indian accent so I knew I was wasting time. I asked him to present the position but he just didn't show any interest in doing it in a way that I could understand what the job was about. He was clearly not interested in considering me and didn't even bother to reply to my e-mail. Don't waste time with Jerry Brock. I have had a very negative experience with Talent Logic due to their unsolicited and unwelcome recruiting contacts. Despite never providing them my personal information or consent, their recruiter reached out to me directly regarding irrelevant job openings. I clearly instructed them to cease and desist all contact, citing that my information was obtained without authorization, possible with the use of the Dark Web. Instead of transparently identifying the source of my data, they vaguely referenced a "job portal" but refused to provide specifics. When I pressed further, they would NOT give me a credible answer. As a senior leader with multiple years of experience, I found their outreach unprofessional and careless. For example, I was approached about a low-level role in a city not even within a reasonable commuting range for me - demonstrating a lack of diligence in their recruiting practices. Amusingly, I am not even in the job market, at all. Even after escalating my concerns in writing, including to their CEO, the responses were dismissive and failed to address the underlying issue: how they obtained and misused my personal information without consent and who provided it to them. In my opinion, this behavior reflects poor data practices, disregard for compliance, and a lack of professionalism in how they source and approach candidates. No professional should have to demand removal from a company's contact list. For anyone considering doing business with Talent Logic, I recommend extreme caution. Their recruiting methods and lack of accountability raised serious red flags for me. I suspect that they might possibly be using overseas "lead generators"/recruiters. read more

I wish I could give this company zero stars because that's exactly what they deserve. My experience with them has been an absolute nightmare from day one. It's like they have a relentless obsession with spamming my inbox with their useless and annoying emails. No matter how many times I've asked them to remove me from their communications list, they simply refuse to listen. I've lost count of the number of times I've sent Marcus Fox polite requests to stop bombarding me with their irrelevant offers and promotions. It's as if my requests are being sent into a black hole, never to be acknowledged. It's a shame that they have such a blatant disregard for basic customer courtesy. Their behavior is nothing short of harassment. I've spent more time deleting their emails and searching for ways to escape their clutches than I have actually engaging with legitimate businesses. It's beyond frustrating to constantly battle against their invasive tactics. To anyone considering doing business with this company, I implore you to think twice. If they treat their potential customers with such disrespect and carelessness, I can only imagine how poorly they handle actual transactions. Save yourself the headache and stay far, far away from this company that has mastered the art of ignoring customer requests and flooding inboxes with spam. read more

Well, for starters they appeared out of thin air as if by magic, so that's always a plus. I was getting pretty tired of going through listings on job search engines trying to find something unique. I had wished aloud to find a talent agent or "headhunter" to match my skills with the right position. One day Lucas called, and then a few days later I ended up in conversation with Tanya. Next I was interviewing for a position, and I really liked the people, the job description, the future prospects. Then Talent Logic followed up by providing me some feedback and insights on how to proceed. The whole thing just flowed naturally, and it became clear that this was going to be the right move. There were more interviews and communication was good all around. So now in 2 weeks I will be starting in a new position! Its about the potential that I have to offer and the growth that the company is experiencing and what we can create. read more

I received an initial phone call from Talent Logic which was a cursury review of my qualifications and interest in another company's position. I nearly ended the call due to the person's heavy foreign accent which I barely understood, and thought was a scam. After the initial call, all communication and guidance was through Brandon Fox who was completely professional, accurate and followed up throughout my placement process. Brandon made no grand claims or promises. I accepted an offer of employment which is exactly as Brandon described. This concludes my first experience with Talent Logic placement services, which called me "out-of-the-blue", and it turned out excellent. A critique of the process -- make sure Talent Logic's initial communication is by a person with a superior command of the target's native language. It was only by the grace of God that I did not end the initial call due to the language barrier. read more

I had the pleasure of working with M. Palko, of Talent Logic. She contacted me regarding a CEO position. One of her rare recruiter capabilities that she demonstrated, was to represent me, just the way I wanted to be presented. She was working with a very challenging client, but was able to always maintain a professional decorum, despite the difficulties. Ms. Palko was also able to maintain the needed intensity to keep this client on track, even though the client was not returning calls/messages in a timely manner. She consistently kept me updated on what was happening or in some cases, not happening. read more

George reached out to me regarding a job opportunity in my current city. He and and his manager Jennifer were very intentional in keeping me informed and got me a phone screening with the company within about a week and a half of our first conversation. Before the phone screening, they gave me a call to make sure that I was prepared and gave me several tips on how to best present myself. By the end of the phone call, the the company wanted to schedule a face-to-face interview with me. The staff at Talent Logic were very helpful and I would gladly use their services in the future. read more

I had a fantastic experience with Talent Logic! I worked closely with Joseph Burleson (Director). He was extremely professional and upfront about the position I applied for and expectations. He has walked me through the entire process from beginning to end. I really appreciated his help and support. He is a smart guy and came up with some great ideas to guide me through the interview. This is a winning organization. If you are looking for a new career, I would call them today and see if they have a great position available in their pipeline. read more

I've filed 2 federal do not call complaints against this company in the past 2 weeks. Some guy by the name of Kane persists to call, even after the 7th time I have asked him to stop. These are horrible people, and when they get your information, they are probably selling it to other people to spam you too. Do yourself a favor and block their phone numbers 281-358-1858 and 281-358-3485 through your phone service provider. Save yourself the time, they will not stop. read more

All my experiences with Talent Logic, starting the moment I received the first call from the Staffing Manager, to working with the Staffing Director, the Vice President, Employment and Payroll departments, have been great! Throughout the period of 3-4 weeks that it took from the first call to actually receiving an offer I experienced full transparency, integrity and responsiveness from the whole team. I highly recommend Talent Logic to everyone in the job market. read more
