Don't deal with scammers. Do not come here. If anyone goes there you know anybody who needs to go there do not I repeat do not deal with these people. There is a garbage way to run your business and they should be ashamed of themselves if I could give a negative star review I would this is the biggest trash company I've ever had to deal with says a lot the lady behind d the counter should lose her job shady af

I called and I spoke to this woman named Mallory and she was most ignorant person I've ever spoken to so I spoke to another person that I thought would be better but they were no better. I told him it was just a cash cow that they're making money off of people's hurts and can't even ask question answer questions when their dog is dying. They couldn't answer a simple question? They know how dogs die and if they go in to Sears or not and that's my question is I was wondering if she was going into a seizure.. so they gave me a website to go to and I'm like well how are they going to tell my dog is going through a seizure by a video when you can't even tell on the phone yourself? You should know you're supposed to be an animal health Tech apparently. I wouldn't trust these guys because they are all about money and they will try to get your pet in there for a visit so you pay $400 for nothing. The government should get after these people for scamming people

They explained that they only have one doctor on staff till 8am so we may have wait a little. We got there at 8:35am and was greeted by the receptionist. This person had ZERO personality or compassion for our fears and concerns and we stood there for 10 minutes filling out their precious forms while our dog sat there crying. These people need some serious lessons on how to communicate and deal with people experiencing the fear and worry of a sick pet. Before we were even brought into a triage room, they made sure to charge us with the ~$255 assessment fee. We were brought into a triage room and told that the technician would be with us shortly. It was ONE HOUR AND FIFTY-FIVE MINUTES before someone finally came to check on us. "Triage" is NOT the right word for whatever that was. The technician was with us for five minutes asking questions and then she said, "The doctor will be with you shortly" and she left the room. Another 25 minutes passed before the technician returned and asked if they can bring our dog into the back so they could do their assessment. STILL NO VET. This is NOT emergency vet service. This is an understaffed walk-in vet clinic. After a 10 minute assessment, our dog was brought back into us and the vet spent 10 minutes explaining what they felt was wrong. She was very clear in the steps they recommended and VERY clear on the costs for each of those recommendations. Evan after agreeing to two prescriptions, she left to type up the summary and write the 'scripts. That was another 35 minute wait, all the while our dog is crying and whimpering in pain. Do you and your precious pet a favor and AVOID THIS PLACE. Zero personality, zero consideration for the animals, zero communication, zero compassion, zero, zero, zero. What a scam. Run. Avoid. Go elsewhere.

It was Giulia Salvati that saw my furkid that day, not much about her cough but there was medication to help ease issues with her trachea, namely Isopro/Ephed/Theoph/K-loide Elixir. 1.5 mL by mouth every 8 hrs I was told it was costly per month so I told Giulia I would like to try it for a month and if it helped my furkid I would consider continuing with this medication. I understood that the cost for this medication was $133 per month, I only got enough for 17 days. When I called Elgin Vet I was told that it was only for 17 days. That was not my understanding of the conversation with Giulia. I would not have bought the medication if I had known it was only for 17 days, ($266/ month??) then to top it off I was given 2 syringes that were One Use Only.
