5‑Star Review for Pedric Arrisgado…read more If you need a strong, confident attorney, I highly recommend Pedric Arrisgado. He genuinely stands out -- not just because he looks a bit like Leonardo DiCaprio, but because he carries himself with the same calm confidence. From day one, I never felt like just another client. He gave me a direct line to his cell phone, no secretary, no gatekeeping, no screening. Yes, he's busy -- extremely busy -- but he will get your messages and he will get back to you. That level of direct access is rare and honestly one of the things I appreciated most. He's also surprisingly easy to be around. Smart, sharp, and actually kind of fun, which is not something you expect to say about a lawyer when you're dealing with stressful situations. Overall, I felt supported, taken seriously, and treated like a real person. I highly recommend him.

He was able to navigate that effectively and get the matter overturned. He is realistic and provides honest, professional advice, but it always comes from a genuine place. This was a very difficult experience for me, especially having no prior involvement with the legal system, and he guided me through it with clarity and confidence. Like any highly capable attorney, he is busy but when it matters most, he shows up prepared and focused where it counts and that is in the courtroom.

Ben comes off as "nice"…read more Hire him if you want pleasant exchanges. If you want to win in court - go with another lawyer.  I referred him to my mom, who required legal representation in response to a falsely filed TRO. We paid $5k for him to fold like a deck of cards within 5 min in court. All he wanted was a smile from the judge, and for the court to see him as compliant, and amiable. My momʻs wishes fell on deaf ears, as he orchestrated the case to make him look good in front of the court.  He asked her beforehand if she was willing to settle, and she emphatically said no. If we wanted to settle, why would we hire a lawyer? We couldʻve settled ourselves.  We walked into district court that morning with our heads held high, walking past the plaintiff while she cowered at the presence of our lawyer. That pseudo feeling of victory was short-lived. He agreed to everything the judge suggested, including a mediation (which we strictly said not to let another party get involved, as she was a co-conspirator, and he did anyway).  We didnʻt want to settle, yet we walked out with a no-contact order. A TRO without the title. We hired him to avoid this because my mom is the owner of the residence this woman is illegally occupying, and she filed a TRO as a tactic to keep the real owner away. And it worked. Imagine losing to an illegal occupant in your home that filed a TRO to keep you away because you are a deeded owner? And imagine losing with a lawyer by your side, and their side unrepresented. SMH. His answer to "what are we to do as owners now?", was, "you take them to court, hire a lawyer". As if we're rich. We also requested that she pay lawyer fees to cover this ridiculous TRO. That isnʻt happening. We asked him to have the judge seal the record which he promised he would have done. The TRO is still very visible, and because a no-contact order was given as opposed to a dismissal - I donʻt imagine itʻs sealable now.  DO NOT HIRE BEN IF YOU WANT SOMEONE TO FIGHT FOR YOU. The only fighting heʻll do is for his image, his ego, and his career. Heʻs trying to build a name for himself, and heʻll step on you to do it.

Incredible and responsive attorney. Had a very good experience. Would recommend to anyone!read more
