I cannot give this business enough praise. Before scheduling with them I had called over a dozen…read moredifferent infusion places, very few had a real person to answer the phone. But I got ahold of Edward, who was at a location further from my home, and then Kristen. Both were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. This past year I had an extremely negative experience when I needed an infusion and ended up with an unexpected bill. Kristen and Premier were very sensitive to this and put up with a grumpy old man. I felt as though they went way above and beyond to assist me through this process. They reached out to my doctors office and corrordinated with the staff there to assist me. When I was reaching out to other centers some of them made the comment "we don't do stand alone iron infusions, there's just not enough money in it for us..." At Premiere I never felt like it was about the $$ or a profit, I felt valued and that their biggest concern was my health, getting the treatment I needed and addressing my insurance and financial concerns. Kristin made me feel valued, genuinely concerned and empathetic. When I arrived at the center I was warmly treated and it was a very comforting pleasant atmosphere. I was made to feel like a VIP, as if I were their only patient. Nice amenities and genuine greetings and inquiries about how I was feeling. I had two extremely friendly and attentive nurses who throughly explained everything they were going to do prior to proceeding. They were attentive to my needs and made me feel welcome and comfortable. There is no doubt in my mind where I will be going when I need this service again.

Scheduling is great, the nurses are kind and treat my son with care, and listens to him. We are…read morethankful to be able to get his infusions in the suburbs without having to drive downtown. It is very convenient for us and we're thankful for their service!

Apparently Duly Health and Care is now charging patients who send messages to doctors via the…read morepatient portal (My Chart). Previously this service was free but now they are charging. Ridiculous to pay a hefty charge for a question that the doctor probably took a minute to answer. Didn't receive any notification that this change was taking effect or never would have sent a question. EDIT: I did a Google search and found this: "While most MyChart messages will remain free, replies that require medical expertise and more than five minutes of your provider's time may be billed, as we do for other medical services. If a MyChart message is billable, we will first bill your insurance provider, as we do for all other medical services."

Well, I'm here getting an Electromyography (EMG). An EMG measures muscle response or electrical activity in response to a nerve's stimulation of the muscle. The test is used to help detect neuromuscular abnormalities. During the test, one or more small needles (also called electrodes) are inserted through the skin into the muscle. The test sounds worse than it is. Dr. Mercurio was excellent. I'm confident she will help. Our hope is to find out also why my left leg and foot are numb. I'm finished now and look forward to the results.

Also, they're very easy to contact - but be mindful, it's relatively expensive to get surgery here. I reached my out of pocket max with this surgery. I had ablation surgery here for my endometriosis. The staff here was wonderful. My surgeon also works in this building, so I was trustworthy of the building. They were VERY comforting towards me and really helped relieve my anxiety. The nurse who was assigned to me in particular was wonderful; she was very attentive. The facility felt small, but it was extremely clean. The only thing I disliked was that my family couldn't come back with me in the waiting room - but I think that was the policy because they wanted to area to remain clean. Thank you to the staff here for assisting me and restoring my faith in surgery! It was the quickest healing time I've ever had.

He does not use any assistive devices, yet they kept insisting it was in his chart he did. My concern is they didn't have the correct patient because they didn't ask for the required identifiers. After his procedure, they wouldn't let him sit up on side of cart to get dress because they were afraid he would get dizzy. Instead, he struggled to get his pants and shirt on while lying flat. They immediately got to the wheelchair while never assessing if he was dizzy after getting him up from lying position. Almost forgot to take out his IV. Nurse extremely rude and don't follow current practice standards. As a nurse, I have to say this ambulatory surgical center provides poor nursing care. His surgeon was great but works for Midwest Ortho. Too bad Midwest Ortho doesn't run the place.

I took time off work to arrive at 4:15 p.m. for my 4:30 appointment, but Mr. Silva did not appear until approximately 5:38 p.m., despite my having another appointment that evening. During this time, at least five or six staff members knew I was waiting. Several attempted to contact him, apparently without success. I made three trips to the front desk seeking assistance, yet received no proactive updates. Eventually, an RN from another department personally reached him by telephone and assured me he would arrive within three minutes. It took at least another 15 minutes. When Mr. Silva finally appeared, he acted as though nothing unusual had occurred. He claimed he had checked my examination room twice and assumed I had left, despite multiple employees knowing I was still there. I had never left the clinic and had stepped out of my examination room only briefly to seek assistance. He offered no apology, showed no apparent concern when I explained my work and scheduling obligations, and characterized the situation as an "innocent miscommunication." This was far more than an excessive wait. It was a serious failure of communication, professionalism, and accountability. I have submitted a formal complaint to Rush Patient Relations requesting an investigation
